The only thing is location.

Firstly, they offered me to pay additionally 25% to the initially proposed price for staying above the 1-st floor. Secondly, they arranged a fire alarm at 1:30 am without any explanations and excuses.

Amazing location with on Tower Bridge and St Catherine Docks..I had an excellent time.

I found the staff not very helpful and the service room inexistent.

The breakfast was not worth the price of £19.00

There was no hot water initially but the problem was solved quickly, there was no watercooker and there was no minibar. I've stayed in the hotel before and this was un-Tower-like so I guess it was just one of those days.

I came across this hotel by chance. I needed to stay in London for 1 night (saturday) and I booked the same day. They did not receive my reservation but when I arrived at the hotel the staff was very kind although it was after midnight and sorted out everything and gave me a room that I'm sure I was not supposed to have according to what I payed. I think it was one of the best and expensive room, with the dock's view, nice furniture, very clean bathroom, where however I would expected more accessories. I can not therefore say a realistic opinion about the quality/price ratio because it was excellent to me thanks to the initial mistake. If they had received my reservation, possibly they would have given me a different and inferior room.

According to my experience I don't have negative opinions about this hotel.

My letter of compaint dated 4th November to General Manager refers. The stench of stale cigarette or tobacco smoke was overpowering in my non-smoking room! The power point below the window was detached from the skirting board and part hanging out. Room furniture was tired and well worn. Paintwork scrated and chipped in too many places. Computer and telephone wires were strewn in a tatty 'Cat's Cradle' under the desk. There were no tea/coffee making facilties.

I really loved the location of the hotel-I could see Tower Bridge from the bedroom window, and walked by The Tower of London to the nearest subway.:)

Breakfeast to expensive, breakfeast not fresh. At time off check in hotel did not have my booking.

The first room we were given on the first floor was in desperate need of a refurbishment & was more something you'd expect from a 2 * hotel. We did ask to change though and was given a room on the 4th floor that had been refurbished!
