The Tower A Guoman Hotel  

Location is great

Immediately offered upgrade to Super deluxe River View, River View was not of River but of Kathryn's docks. Small but misselling regardless. Doubt room was any bigger than normal deluxe already booked.

The staff could not have been more helpful, especially the gentleman at the door, Alan without whose assistance I would not have been able to park my car! Room service was quickly delivered and the food was very good. I had an upgraded room on the 6th floor overlooking the marina and it was super.

The barrier for the car park will issue tickets even when there are no available spaces. When I stay here again I will park at the car park at theTower of London which is 5 mins away.

Dated hotel, but excellent location and a decent price too. No complaints at all. Was perfect for what we wanted; cheap and central.

The room was small, needs updating, however the view of tower bridge is excellent, i think the hotels exterior needs a good sandblast, the reception was nice, but rooms were disappointing, definately not a four star hotel, more like a three, the staff were very helpful though and friendly and they changed our room for a better view without question, but the room was a smoking one so had to spray a lot of perfume around to get rid of smell, but this went , also there was nothing in the mini bar, however as i wasnt in the room much i still stay there again

Good size room for price, friendly staff, great views on either side of the hotel. Not worth upgrading rooms and because the hotel is so close to the tube, breakfast can be had from anywhere. Overral a good hotel.

Reception was a very slow checking in geusts. Bar was full on saturday night and the bar lady made no effort to find us a seat. But this wasnt that bad as it just made us decide to go to bed and spend less money. Not manu moans, it is a good hotel.

Very comfortable stay, conceiarge staff excellent, very diissapointed with toiletries , only 1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, when there was 2 of us and only 4 milks , no hot chocolate for the children !!

Although rooms were mentioned as refurbished IT MUST HAVE BEEN SOME TIME AGO AS IN PLACES THE FACILITIES WERE A BIT "TATTY"

Breakfast too expensive

The staff were very polite and we were treated very excellent. the location was awesome and the room very neat. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others. We also used a voucher in the restaurant for a 3 meal dinner and it was very good, yummi.

Centrally located. You can;t beat the location really, and my hotel had a stunning view of Tower Bridge.

Decor in my room was a bit dated, and the outside of the hotel isn;t exactly stunning.

The location and the cleanliness. We were upgraded to executive room.

The constant droning noise ( probably a/c units?) outside that made it disturbing to open the window when trying to sleep. No biscuits with tea making equipment. Breakfast was not included and too expensive for us .
