Very convenient location though not a very welcoming ambience. At check-in they had no record of our booking, despite having debited my credit card before our stay. They insisted the problem was at the Booking.Com end until we showed them the confirmation email. We had to pay again on checking out and are now waiting to be credited. The queues for breakfast were so long we had to leave without being seated as the lock to the harbour was due to close |
