Check in was efficient. Rooms seemed to have been recently renovated and whilst not large where to a high standard and very clean. |

The location was the best thing about staying at this hotel. Since we were only going to be in London for one night, we liked the central location by Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly circus, all the major sites and the river Thames. It was also pretty quiet for being in the middle of the city. Also close to the tubes and train station. |

The service from the staff was excellent and the food was lovely too, but the best thing by far is the location. Literally just behind Leicester Square and Trafalgar. Couldn't be more central. |

the toilet did not work upon arrival however this was fixed quickly however the air conditioning was not working correctly and the room was stiflingly hot which made our stay very uncomfortable the airconditioning in the room not working and a very poor quality breakfast the eggs looked inedible the sausages were undercooked and the pastries were stale. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great light from all of the windows made it a very pleasant place to relax. The dining room food was just ok and quite expensive although probably in line with London prices. |

Location The staff were unprofessional. On arrival they were clearly playing a game with each other making phone calls and laughing. The breakfast was a complete shambles with cost being added to someone else's bill and then I was asked to wait for the receptionist as the staff in the restaurant couldnt work out how I should pay. |

In the heart of London’s Theatreland, The Shaftesbury is an air-conditioned boutique hotel with luxury features, free internet access and an excellent location. |
This hotel is officially London's most central. After its multi-million pound refurbishment, every modern convenience is set against magnificent Victorian. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, The Bloomsbury Hotel (formerly Jurys Great Russell Street Hotel) is a fabulous fusion of London design styles. |
