Hotellets läge var i det närmaste perfekt om man vill bo i centrum, nära till teater, t-bana, buss och shopping. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Ett mycket prisvärt boende

People there were completely friendly, the location was terrific! Everything was clean and comfortable! It helped us a lot in our stay, and the manager was always able to give us the best advices about the city. And it had a night life that was defenetly unexpected for us.

It was one of the best hotels in our trip! The only poor thing is that the toillet flush was not working fine, but we didn't even called anyone of the staff because we were not that bothered with that. An amazing hotel!

The one night I stayed at the hotel was tarnished from the very start of the visiy. At check in I was given a key to a room, and when I went up to the room put my key and opened the door, I was shocked to discover that there were already guests checked into the same room. It was quite embarrassing going into a room that had already had someone it. For this reason I did not really enjoy my night's accommodation at the Hotel and I would be reluctant to stay there again. A bottle of wine was offered for the mistake (which was described as system error) but unfortunately this did very little to change my opinion of the hotel.

room are poorly isolated, you hear tv from other rooms. curtains are not good enough to have a dark room, early morning you get too much light inside. too expensive for what it offers ..not a 4 star hotel. nice staff but no foreign language skills

Friendly staff and great location

Great location near Piccadilly, trafalgar, etc. the side street location looked a bit dodgy from the Google view, but it's fine. Also remarkably quiet. Our room looked out on the entrance street, but no noise at all at night.

location was excellent - it's next to the national gallery + trafalgar square and a short walk to points beyond, including picadilly, leicester square, and the south bank. staff were helpful, cheery, and very professional. when my husband accidentally activated an alert in the bathroom (we had a handicapped-accessible room; see below), the phone rang immediately with a staff person on the other end to check whether we needed assistance. room was clean and bright. we were given a handicapped-accessible room (though we neither needed nor requested one in advance) that seemed to be thoughtfully conceived and totally workable for a person in a wheelchair or with mobility issues. absolutely loved the free wi-fi, which seems to be uncommon in UK hotels in our price range.

Very centrel location. You can easily get to Regent St., Soho, Oxford St. And lots of theatres. The staff are very friendly and helpful! They can help you buy musical tickets.

The standard room is extremely small. The double bed looked like a signle one. We then upgraded with 20 pounds per night.

Perfect location: one minute to Trafalgar Square and National Gallery, 5-minute to Piccadilly Circus, 10 minute nice walk to Buckingham Place or big Ben and Westminster Abbey, 15 minute slow walk to Royal Opera House. Very quiet room - Junior suite 6-th floor. Nice bedding, clean sparkling bathrooms. Enjoyable breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the entry was very nice and were keen to provide good advise for the dinner in the evening. I was upgraded without asking but more importantly I had a room that was very quiet in the city of London and got a very good night whcih is very important when you are there for business

Great location close to Leicester Square. In a quiet location on a side street. Good breakfast. Excellent staff upgraded us to a superior room when I told them it was my wife's birthday.

Bed on the firm side and bar closed early on bank holiday. Arrived back from a show and struggled to get a drink at 22.40 although eventually we were served in the lobby which was okay.

The hotel location is fantastic, friendly helpful staff and modern clean room. Excellent choice for Covent Garden and West End.

Only positives!

Upgraded to a super-king room with a bottle of wine because we were celebrating our anniversy. Excellent location just off Leicester Square but still reasonably quiet.

The location was fantastic, only minutes from both Leicester and Trafalgar Square. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was my father's birthday and they upgraded him to a suite and put a bottle of wine in the room. Great find!

The hotel was really close to a great many attractions and interesting places, all within walking distance. Breakfast was lovely and served by wonderful, happy staff. We went to the comedy club near by and visited China Town and the National Art Gallery. A lovely time was had by all.many Thanx for a lovely stay.
