Briliant access to public transport system - Bus and Tube. Good clean rooms and general appearance Bar poorly stocked, Bar/lounge closed at Midnight and asked to vacate. This was an issue as we were in final stages of a meeting |

I liked that there was a fridge in the room, where I could store food. The receptionist was very helpful and changed our room to a double from a twin. The room was a very good size. I liked that we had satellite tv. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment, paint was coming off the ceiling and bath and there was no fan. The furniture was old and dated and needed replacing. The whole hotel had an old, frumpy style to it and needs updating if wanting to attract younger clientel and families. |

The position of the hotel was convenient for transport links and central london tourist sites. London tour buses stopped right outside the hotel door, and victoria station is just around the corner. Despite this, the hotel was not noisy inside. Buffet breakfast was good but a little pricey. At breakfast, the toaster had boken down with no alternative offered. |

After being shown two different rooms that were not acceptable, i was finally 'upgraded' to a standard of room that was adequate. not what you would expect from a four star hotel. utterly disappointed. |

A lovely hotel, but felt it was a bit dated. Perfect location for theatre and restaurants would stay again. |

Quit and clean They gave me a twin room and claimed that all douple rooms are booked. They said also that they can not help me with this twin room situation because I booked through an agent. They offered an upgrade for 30 Pounds but I was not intrested.I fely that they gave us the poorest room in the hotel because we paid less!!! Also they gave me back somebody else's authorisation slip at check out!!!! |

The location of the hotel was the prime reason for my stay here, but I also like the atmosphere and the oldy worldy feel. They also have a fantastic breakfast buffet, but on this occasion I did not make use of it. Very small, pokey rooms for the price (have stayed here on a previous occasion) and new visitors to London should be alert as thieves are active around here (since the hotel has an access point through to Victoria station and they like to also hang around on the stairs targeting jetlagged guests arriving by cab). |

The hotel is very placed at Victoria Station. Access is quick and easy. Breakfast is very good - with a wide choice. Yes my first booking costs abt £75 - the next at shorter notice abt £135 - I thought the latter was high |

The Grosvenor was a perfect location in London for us. It was connected to the Victoria Station and the hop on hop off bus stopped in front of the hotel. The rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. I appreciated coffee and tea making facilities in the room also. The breakfast was not included in our room price but there were many options (Starbucks, McDonalds to name a few) steps away. |

Communal walkways were very nicely maintained. Staff friendly and approachable. Nice bar area for relaxing in the evening. bathrooms were outdated, windows didn't open far enough buy understandable given potential for falling through to the departure boards at Victoria train station! Easy to get lost when staying in wing room! |

Chez Gerard is attached to the hotel and the food is excellent. Overall the staff in both the restaurant and hotel were very good although the bar was understaffed and we had to wait quite some time before being able to order a pre-dinner drink. My eecutive room was adjacent to the train station and if you opened the window, the noise was horrendous. I therefore couldn't open the window during the night and the room was very stuffy. |

Very little Staff not friendly or helpful. Room was dirty. Stained and Soiled pillow case and bed sheet Light fitting loose on the wall. Loose toilet seat in the ensuite.Smell of smoking in the bedroom corridor. Smoke smell came into the non smoking bedroom through the air conditioning ducting. Minibar in one of the rooms was empty. No fizzy drinks or minerals to be had in the Chez Gerard restaurant. |

The hotel did not have my booking on file and I needed to get booking.com to call them. I asked for early check in nothing had been done. the room leaked water it took all of the first day to move me to another. They checked me out a day early and i was locked out of my room. all in all not good |

the location was suitble for us. Hotel was nice and friendly. I made a reservation on line. When I went to check in i was told that if I wanted a double bed i would have to pay an extra £50! This was not indicated at time of booking. As you can imagine it came as a bit of a surprise. |

The quality of the food and of the service in the restaurant, as well as the comfort of the room the fact that from whichever way one approached it one had to negotiate steps. My wife found this difficult because of a bad knee. A lift would have been a good idea. Also some rooms on the third floor could not be approached directly by lift |
