The very convenient location By check-in and check-out there was big confusion about breakfast included or not. I booked room with breakfast and it took a long time for the staff to understand it. Then again by check-out which took over 20 minutes because I had to explain once again and nobody made a note about it the day before. So the service-level was not satisfactory.

Amazing refurbishment and now a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location for travel. Champagne/ cocktail bar is a nice touch. Staff all welcoming and very helpful. Access to the hotel from inside Victoria station difficult with luggage as steep steps!

It was an excellent choice, everything was top-notch. The location was perfect for a week of touring London. It was a bit pricey.

The location was brilliant. Having requested early access to my room during the booking process, the staff were great in getting me a room early - which made a big difference after 36 hours of travel. The bed was very comfortable and the room well sound proofed for its location.

The refurbishment is done to a high standard and overall the staff are very pleasant. Myself, Son and Daughter-in-law ate in the Brasserie, I had mussels some were not open so mentioned this her first reply was to say just put them to the side the ones that are closed, I was about to reply that I would like to eat them as I am paying for them. She obviously thought better of this statement and asked would I like something to replace them. To be honest the food wasn't great, the room I had was nice but there was no direct lift to my floor so it meant getting two lifts and quite a walk in betweeen them, I should have realised the room was far away as the reception gave me a little map, bit of a treck with a heavy suitcase. In saying all this I would stay there again but would ask for a different room and probably would not eat there.

The rooms were spacious and very well furnished. The concierge service was helpful as my party had a lot of luggage to store for the day. The restaurant had no natural light and was quite dark - difficult to read a newspaper!

The location was excellent as I was only in London for one night and wanted to do some shopping before heading off to Oxford for business the rest of the week. The room was great too - very comfortable. I would definitely return if I'm in London again for a short stay and shopping. The only thing I can think of was the breakfast buffet spread in The Brasserie. As I am a Muslim, I can't eat pork/ham. I saw sausages but didn't know what kind they were. It would have been nice if the meats were labeled. I just avoided them altogether with the exception of the smoked salmon.

We were catching a train from Victoria early the following morning so location to station fantastic. Hotel very elegant. Lovely. Only fault was it was a little noisy from the station. Didnt worry me as I sleep like a log but my partner said the trains kept him awake.

We were very kindly upgraded and a bottle of wine was left in the room of our friends who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, very kind gesture. Breakfast was also very good, for a start you had black pudding and it was hotter than usual for a buffet, so well done, pretty expensive though even for a hotel. Location to Victoria Station was the key for us, so perfect. Would not be adverse to staying again and would recommend to friends. Bit of a trek to our rooms in the wing !

The location was perfect, near shopping and right next to Victoria Station for easy getting around the city. The staff was most helpful and very friendly. The restauant was also excellent. Lack of hot water in the shower. It was luke warm at best. It wasn't just our room but the room of other family that was traveling with us.

Your staff was excellent. The Concierge, Scott, was very friendly and most helpful. A tue delight. Room was nice and the bed was dreamy. Great Fish and Chips too! I asked for a glass of water at breakfast and was told it was at the buffet. It was not, unless you wanted to purchase bottled water. So we had no water....

The friendliness of all the staff was fantastic along with the location of the hotel made it a perfect city break for all of us. The Concierge in particular were great from getting a taxi at anytime right through to looking after our luggage on the day of our departure. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Grosvenor through Booking.com

Conveniently located on a bus route I needed, nice decor in the room and lobby. My 'rainfall' shower was not working and the hairdryer kept cutting out and needed several minutes to cool (I have short hair). I did not have time to call up to report any problems as wanted to get on with my day and could not risk waiting around. I didn't like the pillows but the duvet and matress were fine.

Stayed in Executive King Room. Good size room, well appointed. Bathroom didn't match the quality of everything else. However, lots of space and comfy bed. Executive Lounge outstanding service and value for money. Staff cannot do enough for you. This applies to reception, concierge and in particular, executive lounge. Only thing disliked was that outside of hotel is always heavily congested due to bus stop and location relative to the Train Station. When booked we thought it was the Grosvenor ( the famous hotel). However, this is now called 'Grosvenor House'. Saying this, we do not believe that they could have provided a better service or experience.
