there are clean room and best location ever
Reception area is beautiful.
Arrived just on 10.30PM after being to the Theatre and we would have loved to eat in the restaurant but was told that last orders were at 10.30. We felt that the restaurant staff could have been a bit more helpful.
Location for the theatre and access to the trains was great.
The lack of lighting in the bedroom - very dull lighting and so hard to really see oneself to check attire or to read.
An elegance from a bygone era.
We arrived early morning and were checked in by one of the best receptionists I have ever dealt with. He looked after our luggage and even had it in our room when we got back from a day of sightseeing.
There is no lift going down to Victoria station so you have a manhandle your luggage up and down the stairs.
The decor was very modern and slick and yet with traditional english tones.
The Grovenor is at the hub of London transport links at Victoria Station, by bus, tube, or walking the tourist sites in easy reach with an Oyster Traval Card. The hotel provides excellent service, good food (Chinese & Brasserie) and friendly staff. Recommended
The Grovenor provided everything needed for the eager tourist. No faults found.
Happy with everything about this hotel.
The location of the Grosvenor is ideal next to Victoria station with underground to get round London with ease and with its own back entrance to the hotel in the main station. 10-15 minute walk to Hyde Park and Kensington, we built the weekend around going to Hyde Parks Winter Wonderland which was a nice short walk from the hotel. Check.in and reception staff were wonderful and very helpful as we're the concierge with giving us directions.
The hotel bar prices were high, 2 small cocktails £24, it was more reasonable to have an evening drink or three for the same price in Victoria station at wetherspoons, good atmosphere and plenty to watch, but can't fault hotel for comfort, cleanliness and location.
Breakfast was well organised, efficient and pleasant. Good service
Comfortable room, good size Great location Beautiful lobby and bar Staff tried very hard
Terrible wifi Ordered room service dinner never arrived. Problem with checkout for all guests
Olde world charm, style and service with 21st century facilities and probably the best location for easy access to central London.
Upgraded to Executive room with special lounge and breakfast area for my birthday. Really showed excellent reception staff and a hotel which encourages return of their clients especially us. Beautifully decorated for the Festive Season.

Everything was just perfect! Great room, beautiful place!
The bathroom was cold.
Air conditioning would not set to warm & phone kept ringing intermittently.
We had a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable, although bed was hard for us. The Reunion bar is a must, very relaxing and a full menu of drinks and cocktails, the barman gave us a mojito with a twist and was a perfectionist!! Location is excellent right at Victoria station so underground was extremely easy!
Location of hotel was ideal, reception and bar was friendly and vibrant. Bed was very comfortable.
Room size and bathroom was slightly small.
A solid four-star choice impeccably located next to Victoria Station and the Gatwick Express train. Perfect for recharging batteries and dropping off shopping bags in between trips to Mayfair, Regent Street, and Oxford Street, only one or two stops away on the tube.
A bit expensive compared to the same type of hotel in other European capitals, but that's London!
Fantastic location for rail, tube, sightseeing, theatre & shopping. Hotel staff are professional, friendly, helpful & knowledgable
Having to leave and return home after such a great weekend !
The room, though snug, was brilliant with very easy wi-fi access. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful The location bang next to Victoria station was very good for accessing other things
The price of breakfast at £17 was too much given the very good competition around the hotel
Concierge staff were amazing - bent over backwards to help us out and always ready with a smile and a greeting - even when we were just walking through the lobby! My daughter was so pleased to be given her Mr Grosvenor teddy bear on our arrival :) Rooms were clean and the daily cleaning and bed making service was lovely to come back to
Small stuff - nothing major - No safe in room. Nothing child-friendly on the menu in the brasserie. No turn-down service even though we were told we would get one as part of our booking.
Everything apart from the poor wi-fi
Wi-Fi was appalling. We complained twice but were told that we would have to speak to a third party to get it fixed which is far from ideal
I loved everything except the price, but it is London!
Hotel is in such a great location to get around London. The staff were very helpful in regards to the best way to get around whether by bus, tube or taxi. Great choices of places to eat in the hotel and the Club sandwich are so good.
Arrived at 3:30 but the room was not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes. Which was a little disappointing.
We loved everything about it. Very convenient - the hotel was immaculate and the staff very well trained, with excellent customer focus.
