Convenient location, good breakfast and decent sized room Small points: knob kept falling off wardrobe door, noisey service lift adjacent to our room and hard water residue build up in taps led to water spraying every time they were used |

I was 'upgraded' to an apartment because the hotel was obviously full. The apartment was tired and the bed was awful. Only stayed one night so it sufficed. |

Nice room, eventually. Good breakfast They hadn't allocated a twin room as requested. They initially tried to offer a lesser room without offering a reduction in price. Or a double room for me and my daughter!!! |

Easy check in and out. Friendly Staff. Convenient. Iron and ironing board in room. Shower was a bit weak and not easy to adjust. The air conditioning, while effective, was a stand-alone unit and a bit obtrusive |

The location was good and one of the receptionists (Lillian) was very helpful and polite. We had an evening meal on the first night and that was very good. The cleaning staff were very noisy and woke us up from 7am. Some of the other staff appeared not to be considerate and acted like we were putting them out. The breakfasts inproved slightly each day but was of poor standard. |

The staff were helpful The accomodation was poor, the shower head was not fixed to the wall, the taps leaked all the time, the decor was tired and dated. |

The consierge staff were very polite and helpful the bathroom was dirty and out of date, the shower didn't run properly, the toilet didn't flush properly. The reception staff could have been better mannered |
