The hotel room was very dark, the bed was a pull down double and the bedside tables were too far back to put your cups on. No milk and the kettle did not work. All in all not a 4 star hotel. Would not go back there or recommend it to others. |

The view from the windows as we were on the 9th floor...The apartment was also big we stayed for 4 days and they didn't clean the room at all. We asked them the third day to give us clean towels!!! |

Room was clean and tidy and furnished to a high standard. Excellent central location near train / tube etc.. Upon checking in the staff were not aware of the Booking.com reservation (made 7 days previously), which took 20 mins to sort out, although I booked a twin room, was given a double. The shower was broken and appeared to have been for some time with no attempt to fix it. |

Concierge service was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping, theater and sightseeing. It is good value for money. It was very noisy at night from the street, so we had to keep our window closed. |

We stayed in the 2 bdrm apartment associated with the hotel. I had read previous reviews so I was aware that the accomodation was likely to be basic. Although it was basic in decor, it was clean and we were pleased with the spaciousness of the apartment (including a second loo!). The location is excellent for a London City visit. We would have liked to have been provided with a coffee maker or plunger. The apartment was too warm and noisy (street noise), but we were expecting this. It would be nice if the windows were double glazed and/or if there was air conditioning. Other reviews have stated that there is not cold water in the kitchen but we learned that there is a special (unusual) trick to make it work. |

Excellent location for central London, room larger than expected. Resturant could not offer full choice of the rather limited menu. Service in the resturant could be improved dramatically. |

Staff was helpful, because your booking system was totally unreliable. When I arrived at 11 PM, there was no record of my reservation. The hotel was entirely booked and I was placed in an adjoining private apartment, which was spacious but had no internet access. I will never book with you again as a result of this problem. Breakfast food was ordinary. |

Excellent location. An easy stroll to Westminster Abby, Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, and Buckingham Palace. The location could not have been better. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. |

The apartment was ready upon our arrival. It was spacious, and we liked having two bedrooms. We appreciated having a kitchen that was equipped. The curtains did not lend themselves well to closing, thus bright sunlight awakened us before we wanted to get up. There was something wrong with the toaster; it caught on fire upon using it. Some lights did not work; new bulbs should have been installed. These annoyances did not hamper our enjoyment of the apartment, however. |

This was OK but no more. Old hotel (seemed temporary) with minimum facilities. With a big family (three kids) the breakfast was very expensive. We used alternatives outside (starbucks, other hotels etc) Family price on breakfast. |

Pretty close equally to Victoria station and to Buckingham Palace and the Mall. Good starting point for a stroll in this part of London . Could not find it by address, I had to ask. The main entrance is a little off from the Buckingham Place road. |

Location is great. Walking distance from Victoria Station, Big Bus Company just outside the building, 5 minutes to Buckingham Palace. Lots of restaurants in the area. Family rooms were tiny, in fact the closet door couldn't open since the bed was in the way. Matresses uncomforatble, rooms overheated, not even opening the window helped (this is April). There was no hot water, just tepid, not even enough for a bath. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and staff unfriendly. |

I liked the breakfast buffet was very good, the girl at the reception was helpful yes, I didn´t like that when they told us that for the number of people we were traveling an apartment was a better option , we accepted it, but the never told us that the apartment didn´t function as a hotel, since there is no cleaning at all, they are not very nice either |

The location was excellent however we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and arrived to find that they had overbooked and there was no apartment available. We were given two executive rooms, breakfast and laundry included for the same price which was fine but the housekeeping was substandard. |
