The bar man was dreadful and got into a complete fluster when he had more than 1 person waiting for a drink, he almost served us gin instead of vidka (until i pointed it out) and generally, he was very unsettling, (night of 20th November 2009) Double bed was more like a single for a slightly fat person. |

Excellent Location Overpriced. Rooms were quite big, but all furniture incl. bathroom need an immediate renovation. Did not feel very comfortable at all in the hotel. |

The bedroom was very roomy and the two large beds comfortble. The staff we met were helpful and friendly The selection of Whisky was very poor with only malt whiskies. At breakfast the selection of cold meats was poor and there was only tinned fruit not fresh fruit salad. |

I like the location. 3 minutes to Victoria/Gatwick express etc. Staff were pleasant. Its fairly basic as far as comforts go, but probably commensurate with the price for London. The room was quite warm and the airconditioning did not work. Housekeeping came in and woke us up at 8.15am. The lift didnt work when I was trying to get down the stairs with my luggage. I asked for a twin room for my daughter and I and got a double. |

Good location, rooms spacious and clean. Although your website mentioned a free full English breakfast for all stays on Thursday (and other) nights, this was not offered at the hotel. |

Very central to everything, within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, the parks etc. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. |

Location expensive internet, durty rooms, some staff members are rude. Standard double room turned out to be a room with one bed which is not explained on the website. Also, booking.com did not give a complete address that made us to walk around for several hours at night. |

Location is good. We had problems with the safe. We asked to fix it, but at the first day nobody did and the next day the receptionist tried, but she couldn't. We asked a sheet too, that was delivered. However , in the next day someone took the sheet from my room. |

The room was spacious and clean.The beds were both large and comfortable. We would have expected better toiletries and possibly some flannels. We only had one hand towel and bath sheet between us and the toilet paper was very thin. |

Staff are helpful and always there if you needed, rooms are clean also. The hotel is conveniently located to shops, transport and almost everything. Particularly in the room that we've stayed, there is no mini bar/ small fridge. |

Bed ok Carpet was very damp-ugh!- Presumably shampooed. Extractor fan in bathroom on all the time and v loud- kept awake. V noisy traffic |

David at the Concierge was very helpful. The bedsheet was not changed even the bed cover was neatly folded it. It was really disappointing. The room looked tired and poorly maintained.Receptionist, did not give you a welcome look. |

Great location. Our two bedroom apartment had plently of room and ample facilities. Ideal for our young family. We were even able to check in upon arrival at 7am Sunday morning! Good value for London. Some of the water taps were difficult to control - maybe a lack of maintenance? But this didn't really affect our stay. Had 2 double bed rooms rather than 1 double and one twin as advertised. We managed anyway. |
