The hotel is located in the heart of London, where anyone can walk to the principal sightseeing places. Furthermore, this hotel is very near to Victoria Station.

For the price of the night in the hotel (VERY EXPENSIVE), the internet access must be free, at least in the reception lobby. However, the internet access was a payed service in the whole hotel with bad quality, in term of signal and stability. Besides, the price was very expensive and limited in time.

The rooms and overall appearance of this hotel were excellent. The location is also very good but I did learn that this hotel is to be demolished in September 2012. An absolute shame as other hotels could take a lead from this hotel.

The Restaruant Bar - the food was poor value and I was overcharged on my bill. Hotels must learn that if they are charging high prices that the quality and value has to be there.

Everything! the room was simply amazing and the staff very kind and helpful. Very good location. I'll come back!!!

Very friendly and warm atmosphere, local to Victoria train station, the tube station and pubs and restaurants.

The only qualm would be the price of food on the menu/room service menu, no problems other than that.

From first arriving reception staff attentive and helpful. Location was good also 5min. Walk from Buckingham Palace & also quite close to Victoria Coach station if travelling by coach.

Great location, especially when you have to get on a early gatwick express. This is not a great 4 star but it was renovated, very classic / old school style, but great location, clean, warm. all you need for a night I guess. good for business or familly trip I would say.

Excellent location for sightseeing.

The Thistle Westminster was very close to the Victoria Palace Theatre so for me and my partner this was an absolute ideal location as we had tickets to see a show. Buckingham Palace ia also only a stones throw away. The hotel itself was very clean, and the hotel staff very polite and helpful. We will use the hotel again in the near future.

Absolutley no complaints whatsoever.

The location was excellent for public transport with Victoria Station very close by. Pubs, restaurants and supermarkets were also nearby. Staff were friendly and our room was quite large and clean. We would definitely stay again.

There was no bar fridge although they were available on request. As with most of London at the moment, there was a lot of construction work going on near the hotel.

Very comfortable! Staff very friendly and helpful, great location for victoria station and theatres with lovely restaurants nearby too. We had a very enjoyable stay at the thistle! Would reccommend.

i liked everything about it.

The Staff were fantastic, The Food was excellent, The hotel Price was good value for money. My free up grade made the visit toii London very worth while.
