Warm welcome, staff friendly, food 5 star, we stayed here for 1 night and enjoyed the stay with no faults.

Room was pleasant enough for price and a good size. Good breakfast. General cleanliness good except for bathroom.

Could have been a little cleaner, extractor in bathroom particularly and general bathroom was a little grubby in places.

We booked 2 rooms which we do totally different to each other, room 7 was comfortable

We stayed in room 6 which is next to a boiler this should Not be a room and definitely not the same price as the other rooms, there was no one to speak to in the morning as we were served by the cleaner! Breakfast was burnt, toast was black and eggs were inedible

We stayed in room 6, Which appeared to be above the mens loo's . Rather noisy in the evening , doors opening and shutting ect.

it was very cold in the bar area and rooms but once in the rooms we turned up the heating and all was ok just the bar area was freezing

I liked everything about the place, the staff were extremely courteous, the food was superb and very reasonably priced and the rooms were clean and a decent size. Strongly recommended.

Asked for single beds to be linked to make double bed. Wasn't done. Called reception when I got there and thought they promised to do it, when we got to the room after a night out, it still wasn't done.

Theroom was fine, although the main rd ran next to our rooom..no problem. The location in llanelli is excellent. We dined at the Thomas arms, and really enjoyed the food.Reccomend sea bass. The following morning we enjoyed an excellent full english breakfast, lovely staff. The price £65, can not beat it!!! Well done.

Very frinedly staff, helpful and courteous. Great value and good quality food served quickly, lovely comfortable beds and duvets, large family room, perfect for our needs.

We were in the front room overlooking the main street and it was very noisy all night. Room too hot, so had to have window open at night which made it very noisy.

My room was very comfortable, clean and pleasant, and the accommodation and meals extremely good value. An attractive & relaxed setting in the restaurant / bar

The tiny car park, which is very difficult to navigate around in.

Hotel was recently renovated - room was large and well appointed - modern comfortable furnishings - bed very comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean - breakfast was well cooked and service was very friendly- I would stay here again

Missing TV remote control in my room

We were in the area to attend a Motor Racing event at Pembrey Race Circuit. We travelled down on Friday and stayed until Sunday. We enjoyed our stay at the Thomas Arms, the room was nice and clean and the food was good. It was an ideal location for us and we would definitely stay there again.

I was very surprised just how good this hotel was. Very nice clean and comfortable rooms at a sensible price.

We found the staff excellent,the rooms were great.We enjoyed the whole experience.

Lovely room, very clean and stylish. The pub was great, quite a large place, staff very friendly.Nice breakfast also.

The 2 car parks were quite small, not much room to manoeuvre, but we managed to get a space.
