They had rented my room to sombody else - and did not help me find another hotel in any way!
BeD linen and towels clean. Really good shower head but holder broken.
Everything else. Room 9 at front of hotel right above the "lively" bar. Banging music till 1am. Floor and water in bottle vibrating in time to the bass. NEVER AGAIN.
Great welcome, staff top notch. Location superb.
Breakfast not included.
Booked this hotel at very short notice wasn't sure what to expect but was please with the location of the hotel .close to all the bars and restaurants aswell as the shopping centre. The staff were friendly and warm and the room modern and clean the bar was lively and drinks were well priced. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and would consider staying again .
These are only very small gripes because we booked last minute we go the last room which turn out be the one most furthest away up 3 flight of stairs not good if you have dodgy knee's or small children the windows would not stay open when opened and the shower had a piece missing but nothing that we couldn't overlooks
20m from railway bridge above busy road karaoke bar downstairs dirty room bathroom falling apart can hear people breathing in next room
1. The hotel was dirty 2. Had to walk through a bar to get to the reception 3. There was no hotel staff available after 9pm 4. Didn't feel safe 5. Hot water was luke warm Over all the experience was very frightening, had to sleep with a chair under the door knob, not stop people trying to get in. Checked out early because I didn't feel safe
Convenient location albeit a rather seedy corner of Leamington
Reception seemed always closed Had to trek back down stairs to find bar staff who first of all couldn't find right key to open reception ! Very noisy in street below window as bar open below till 2.00,am Missing Remote for TV Broken light bulb in bedside lamp Dirty marks on wall and damp marks in shower Do not think this is a 3 star Hotel
Quiet room (but I was on the top floor) Room was nice enough decorated and maintained Very cheap Great location for town, station, etc.
Entrance was tricky to find - you have to go in through TJs bar. Corridors and stairs to room are dim and uninviting. Hard bed, didn't sleep well Room was just clean enough Bathroom door didn't shut properly
Close to the town centre
its attached to a loud bar, the bathroom we had was tiny, the shower was useless and the toilet button was broken. No staff on duty in the evening.
Good location, good staff
Noisy , dance music played untill after 2 pm , ok if you're out partying but not so good if competing in a competition where sleep is key
Clean room Food fantastic
V V nosy, trains running past wifi doesn't work
Location, scruffy, shabby, very poor and unkempt looking. Facilities within room poor. Extremely unrecommedable.
Had a brilliant night, staff amazing, pub downstairs out of this world. Different world, people lovely and a karaoke night. Will definetly stay again.
Very basic stuff but to put your head down its fit for purpose.
Too much noise coming up from the bar until 1.30am
Room smelt horrible. Broken shower door. Very hard beds. Reception closed at all times so forced to go to the bar for any assistance. Drunk people outside the entrance late at night. For the price this not good.
Location was good for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and hot water.
Basic staff level. Room was located on the 4th floor. Room was small and lacked any charm. Rock band played until 11.30pm. Hotel was basic in all aspects, would look to go elsewhere next time.
Location is quite central, check in/check out was easy, room was well sound-proofed despite proximity to rail line
Charmless staff (except barmaid in bar below), hard mattress and harder pillows, sock covering smoke alarm, wonky bathroom floor, broken toilet seat, broken shower doors
Broken window pane. Broken plug sockets, dog eared furniture, broken shower head which made an alarming noise when on, shower surround and base broken, light fitting hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom.
Shower didn't work, we had to use another room to get ready for a wedding. Shower was 'repaired' using gaffer tape but still unusable, stopped two nights had no clean towels on second day which was no big deal as shower was unusable. Loud music till 2 in the morning. Had to pay full charges as we booked in otherwise we would have booked somewhere else or slept in car which would have been quieter
I could not get into the hotel there was no wheelchair access as it was on the first floor so far they have not made a wheelchair that can fly
The bathrooms in the rooms are actually quite nice.
Nothing like the photos. The rooms are very small. This hotel is located in what I consider a fairly grotty area of town with groups of apparently homeless people sitting outside drinking. Do not have a problem with the people involved and have a care for this issue but wasn't expected. There is no parking included. If you arrive in the evening you have to enter through a busy bar.
Disco downstairs until early morning hours. Wet carpets. Dirty bathroom.
The staff were very nice
Too noisy from the street
It was ok but really not great. Because the décor etc. dated, it must be hard to keep the play feeling clean.
It is near a noisy railway bridge and the bar below was noisy.
