There was absolutely nothing to like or enjoy about this stay. The website and hotel description is nothing like the real thing and I am reporting this to Trading Standards! There was no room booked when I got there, no restaurant, no full english breakfast and no staff to help with my queries. This is a disgrace and shall not be using them again. Do not stay here!

I booked a hotel with conference room, large room with work desk, telephone and tv in the rooms, with breakfast. What I got was a filthy hotel with very small room, no telephone, no desk, no space, no remote control on the tv, and worst than all, very dirty and filthy. I asked for the conference room that appears on the site but was told there is not any. Breakfast was not included (though in my reservation it clearly said it was), but to be honest I would feel nauseated to eat breakfast in that hotel. I wonder if bookings.com is aware of what is offered in the hotel and I would be grateful if you would refund my payment to the hotel as a compensation for the fact that you sold me something, gave me something completely different. I would also be grateful if you would check this hotel (as you obviously have not) and correct the information on the website

Room was clean and tidy and ideal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was prompt and plenty full and the hotel was a 10 minute walk from the centre. On arrival was informed hotel bar wasn't opening due to a lack of guests. When I enquired into where I should go for a drink and a meal locally I was informed "I don't know, walk into town" thanks for the local knowledge!

Staff and owner really friendly. Breakfast good and room really warm on a cold weekend. Room could have been dusted a little better, especially the skirting boards! Apart from this no problems.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, very nice staff. Shower was too small, warmer wasn´t work (it was so hot all night long), rooms towards street could be noisy.

The staff are friendly; easy to find and in a good location. Had no problems parking and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel is a little run down, could do with a lick of paint but you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very laid back. Loads of parking. Decor was getting a little dated, but room was perfectly usable for a nights sleep and a shower which is all I want after a night at the footy/pub.

Very reasonable price, good breakfast and close to town centre. Also helpful staff (gave me a better room than the one I had booked) Dated, no door on the en-suite toilet/shower in the room I had (Room 3). This meant a fairly 'fragranced' room after responding to bowel movements. Fortunately I was alone in the room, so this didn't matter for me.

Room was clean and tidy, breakfast was very good and served quickly, staff were polite and friendly. There is plenty of parking on site and it's no more than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and station. Others guests ruined my stay by banging doors all through the night waking me up more than once which was a shame as it was the only downside to my visit.

Good location for what we wanted. Cheap and cheerful covers it really. Shame the staff did not speak better English, but we managed. What can you expect for £50 for a double room. Breakfast plentiful and good. Not great communication skills.
