Very ronseal. Comfortable friendly and excellent value for money.
No internet connection
ample sized room nice shower friendly owners we were visiting to look around the area as we are looking to move there in the next 6 months or so, so location for exploring Three Bridges, Pound Hill and Maidenbower was great
the things we didn't like were really external to the B&B - our room was at the front and being a Saturday evening there was little let up in the noise from the pub opposite (people sitting outside arguing) and the noise from road traffic kept us awake most of the night
This was a friendly place with fantastic location. I would tell anyone to visit.
The bed was comfortable
Poor nights sleep, someone had an extractor fan on all night, breakfast room very basic
Good location, clean and quiet. Fittings were fairly new and overall feeling was modern.
The place could use a more thorough dusting.
Nazah and Peter were very warm and welcoming which made my 2 week stay with them very pleasant.
No powerpoint in bathroom for use of haidryer. No shelfing in shower or near sink. No hooks or towel rails in bathroom.
Facilities not as described on the website. I have to ask for shower gel and shampoo. Dust around places. TV not working, no wifi connection, choice of breakfast is very limited. Understand the single room price is fair. But i don't feel comfortable to take it again.
Nothing would avoid
Dirty carpets, torn bed linen, broken draws, lack of hot water. In all very poor.
Value for money.
it was good for money, and ideal for crawley
there was mould in the ensuite and cobwebs on ceiling and exposed socket holewith wires exposed
Nice people looking forward to the next visit
Staff were very helpful, place was clean and tidy It was £40 for a night right next to gatwickairport, not that i was flying but you cant complain about that
They have some problems with the electrics which doesnt give a good impression, main lights didnt work in the room, staff had to get me a table lamp to see by. But they were helpful
Location was near train station close to county mall The room was nice and clean The staff was friendly Would definitely recommend
The only thing I couldn't get wifi
The room next to the roadside was very noisy. The venetian blinds did not stop the street lights, car lights or early daylight so we could not sleep. Breakfast provision was poor even to mouldy bread. The outside of property does not help either. Had to park car on roadside despite reserving a place on the property.
Given the rate per night was very low, it would be mean to be picky. However, the room really needed a fresh coat of paint, some hooks on doors, bathroom included, a small wardrobe & a decent wall mounted long mirror. All of these are quite inexpensive & would go a long way to add some comfort, without the need to inflate the room rate. Also a quick spruce up of the outside would help too, first impressions etc.
Good bed, clean room
Polite and good attitude !
Handy for the airport. Homely atmosphere
Comfortable, quiet and welcoming
one of the best showers i have had
black mould in shower. radiator in room not working
family atmosphere, good owner, very cleen and comfortable, near to the rail station
Great value for money.
Friendliness, price (compared with other B&B nearby), location near station,
Traffic noise in early morning
Free parking, comfortable bed, clean linen.
Creaking floorboards, no hot food for breakfast. TV picture quality poor.
