The food was very good, and the staff very helpful. A very good position to have a holiday.

The beds were very comfy.

The staff were very helpful each time something needed to be sorted out.

Small stuff wasn't done. Not important in isolation but collectively made my stay a disappointing one.

Breakfast on 2nd morning not so good,girl on duty didn't know how to poach an egg! Shower in bathroom broken,and water only luke warm,could also benefit from having a seat in there as plenty of room.

Helpful and friendly staff. The landlord couldnt have done more. He sorted out a creaky bed, he opened the kitchen early for breakfast for us and even defrosted our vehicle!

An honest little country pub which clearly had a good local clientele. The accommodation was basic but adequate. The breakfast was very good. Food generally pub-style with themed menus at different times. Reasonable selection of wines. Good value for money.

The shower needed seeing to - no pressure and on max hot to be warm enough!

Directions on the website need to be more accurate. My shower attachment was broken and more like a light drizzle.

you had the opption of entering your room with out going through the pub, also the shower was easy to use and I love an easy shower

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Everything about our stay went as planned. The room and the bathroom were clean; the breakfast was great; and we felt safe, even on Friday night when there were patrons at the bar. I would recommend the Three Horseshoes Inn.

One slight recommendation - one of the owners or executives (or something along those lines) from London was there. It would have been nice for him to have made personal contact with us and have asked us our opinion as we saw him in the breakfast room. This action would have shown good customer service and an interest in his customers' experience.

Nice people and an easy atmosphere

The only issue was that the kitchen vent - vented right outside the room window - so whilst the kitchen was cooking - the room had a strong commercial kitchen smell

Although the room itself was a little tired and unfortunately we drew the short straw and were given the only room which did not have an en suite the pub itself was really warm and friendly with good evening food. Very attentive staff and management team.

Bedroom a little tired and right next to a noisy kitchen extraction.

No ensuite facilities. Bathroom was down the corridor. Tv and bedside light didn't work.

Slight grumble - extracter fan from the kitchen was right outside bedroom window which was a bit noisy, but was switched off after service.

Friendly welcome - excellent breakfast and great restaurant for evening meals if you so wish. comfy bed and good shower. Good location with a petrol station and shop just across the way which sold just about everything you might need during your stay. Will definatly stay there again.
