Three Wells Hotel  

Staff were very helpful - let us keep our car in their car park while we went out walking, gave advice about local walks, etc.

Quiet countryside location. Good food and breakfast.

Little bit difficult to find and get to.

The general care of their guests, generating a very happy and relaxed atmosphere and in particular the attention given to the essential dietary needs of my wife.

Everything. Super friendly staff. Very beautiful view. Great short walks that originates at the hotel. Good meals- breakfast and dinner.

Cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. Rural setting was superb. Very spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Dining room overlooking the lake was beautiful, especially with a good covering of overnight snow. The perfect place for waking up on my 50th birthday :-)

A minor point, but V quiet location...and could hear other guests conversations in their rooms....

staff were extremely efficient and friendly. room was excellent food was great. we really enjoyed ourselves.

Bed was uncomfortable. Squeaky floors.

Great staff, fantastic family room, locally sourced and well cooked breakfasts. Close to Builth Wells, ideal for the Royal Welsh show.

Central heating was rather noisy throughout the evening!

Was made to feel very welcome from the moment I entered the hotel until I left. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous stay - got snowed in which made it even more special. Lovely single room overlooking the lake, warm & cosy with everything I needed. Staff very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast excellent - proper scrambled egg - not microwaved!!

It is a very peaceful and picturesque place to stay. Lovely little hotel with helpful and friendly staff

We loved the peace and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accomodating ,food was very good and our room was very homely.All in all anexcellent good value break

Nothing in particular but the bar/table area is a little out of date. I know that you are going to be doing it up shortly so hopefully it will be looking nice when we next visit

While the evening meal was good, we thought it a little over-priced- especially for the locality. Signposting to the hotel was a little confusing as it referred to a B&B rather than a hotel.

fantastic dinner in the restaurant. My wife had steak and I had chicken. The presentation and taste was fantastic. As good as any gourmet fine dining restaurant

Friendly staff, quite location

Excellent location for us although the sign to turn off says three wells B & B which I feel is more appropriate. The breakfast was excellent cant fault that at all and the staff friendly and efficient.

The beds were somewhat hard and we found them uncomfortable also a little bit of noise but that cant be helped depending upon who is staying.The room was spotlessly clean and the brew facilities excellent.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good food. Have stayed here twice,,only 6-8 mins drive to Showground. Great location
