Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω του 1 έτους διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται GBP 5,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία. Άψογη μεταφορά από και προς το Gatwick. Ιδανικό για γούστα με τον/την σύντροφό σας. Δεν είχε στην ΤV την ΠΑΟΚαρα μας και έχασα γούστα.. Κατα τα άλλα φυσάει το μοτέλ. |

Proximity to Gatwick Airport After telephoning as required to notify our arrival we were directed to bus stop 11 ( south terminal ) to await our pick-up. Our paperwork stated a 10-15 minute wait. This stretched into a wait of 1 hour in -6C temperatures. After 3 phone calls to Acorn Lodge and a selection of reasons for the delay the transport arrived. However, it was only dropping passengers and we were told that a further drop at north terminal would take place before our pick-up. At this point, we decided enough was enough and took a taxi to Acorn Lodge to collect our car. An unfortunate ending to a very nice holiday. We will not be using Acorn Lodge again nor will we recommending to anyone we know. |

We were transferred from the airport quickly and efficiently. Full English Breakfast Good. Staff very helpful. Sister hotel - The Cambridge - restaurant called the Kamal excellent. Would definitely return to this accommodation. They are in the process of extending the building and will have a restaurant and bar of their own in the future which will be good. |

It was nice and close to Gatwick and very convenient . We were driven over to another hotel for dinner which was very enjoyable . Would be nice to have restaurant on hand |

I used this hotel for pre-holiday stopover/holiday parking, and it met my requirements. The room, though small was clean and comfortable, breakfast was served quickly and was acceptable, though there was little choice, and the airport transfer was prompt and efficient, as was the pick up on my return. This appeared to be the prime function of this hotel and it performed this function admirably, but would probably be inadequate for a longer stay |

It was close to Gatwick Airport, clean & reasonably comfortable. The airport transfers worked well. Although the price included breakfast, if departure was before 6 a.m., there was no breakfast provided. Other similar hotels leave a continental breakfast in the room, but not Acorn Lodge. Secondly, parking is described as being 'on site', but on which site? We expected our car to remain at the hotel, but were asked for the keys & told it would be parked elsewhere. When we returned, we found our sat-nav was programmed to an address in London we did not know & had never visited. Checking another review site, several people who left cars at Acorn Lodge had issues with the management about the state of the cars when they returned, none of which were addressed. Our e-mail complaint to the hotel received no response. |
