Location, style, ambience, accommodation, quality restaurant. Not enough choice of medium priced non-english wines. Small menu did not provide enough choice for a Mon to Friday stay, consequently we ate elsewhere on two nights. Unusually cold weather made worse by draft through room door. Housekeeper did offer to inspect.

plenty of choice on the menu, staff very helpful The vine yard tour, was not only very informative but had some humour and plenty of chances to taste the different wines,on sale in the shopbefore buying. The views from the window over the vines. The sheets had been starched within an inch of their lives, but the beds were very comfortable.

Clean, spacious, with lovely views from each room and with patio doors that open onto the vinery. Lovely location quiet and peaceful yet handy for makret towns od Ross and Ledbury.. Good food, service and staff. A lovely weekend. A bit pricey for B&B

The fact that you can park right outside the room and the view from the room over the vineyard.the bed was extremely comfortable with luxury sheets. The adjoining resturant is a fine dining experience although very pricey. It is very expensive.

The situation was superb and it felt like being in France but with attentive and friendly staff!! Room was most comfortable and well equipped and well serviced. The tour of the vineyard and tasting on BH Monday was first class and the guide deserves thanks and congratulations. We were there for a week which is apparently unusual so the dinner menu, which did not change meant we had to go out so as not to be bored. The meals we had however were most enjoyable.

We wwere booked for the "afternoon tea & wine tasting" & booked the horel in case the wine tasting precluded driving afterwards. The information & structure of the "wine tasting tour" was excellent, well presented & not too specialised. .The hotel accommodation & dining facilities were excellent as was the service. Overall a very enjoyable experience which we would readily recommend

The hotel offered every comfort. Our room even had a sheet and blanket for those who do not like duvets. The radiators worked and become hot very quickly. We could not fault it. Good luck

We were looking for somewhere different to spend our wedding anniversary and came across The Three Choirs Vineyard. It sounded lovely and it was. The lodge where we stayed was very comfortable and it would have been lovely to have opened a bottle of wine and sat on the patio overlooking the vineyard but unfortunately the weather was a bit cold. The evening meal and breakfast were wonderful, everything was so fresh and tasting the various wines was a great experience. You definately need to take a few bottles home. We would definately recommend this venue to others, especially if you are looking for somewhere quite to celebrate an occasion.

We stayed because I was bought a tour and tasting as a gift. The tour guide was brilliant and we liked the way the tasting was done as we went around. All the people that we came into contact with who worked there were most helpfull and it was almost like staying with friends. The view from the room was great. We both wished that we could have stayed longer.

The accommodation at The Three Choirs Vineyards is just lovely. The room we had had views over the vines and it would have been lovely to have sat on the little terrace but it was raining too hard! It is just the place to go for a special treat to get away from it all and enjoy beautiful surroundings, very comfortable rooms, delicious food and, of course, a glass or two of wine! Definitley would recommend this to friends.

We have stayed before and wished to return for our anniversary. This was the Jubilee w/end, and we wanted to watch the river pageant on the room tv. We asked about the possibility of having sandwiches at lunchtime to do this. The restaurant mananager was along in under 2 mins. to say, of course it was possible, and discussed the options.. Credit ++ to the person first approached and the manager. The food arrived at the appointed time to our great satisfaction.

We liked the fact that it was away fromthe hustle and bustle of a town. We enjoyed our evening meal but our breakfast was just ordinary. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly, cheerful and efficient. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. Bottled water in our room was pleasing. Pleasant views from our room. Our room was very hot because the outside temperature was high and there was no way of reducing the temperature. We spent a very uncomfortable night. We opened all the windows but it made no difference. Perhaps the owners should consider temperature control as seen in Premier Inns. In our opinion the price was too high.

The view from the bedrooms is very attractive and the location is peaceful Our stay was marred by two things. Firstly - and most importantly - the person at reception, who also served in the restaurant on our first evening, and who seemed possibly to be the manageress, was abrupt and made us feel unwelcome. The other staff were very friendly but constantly had to defer to her. She seemed to want to control everything and was curt in her dealings with us. The second and related problem was that there was no room service for breakfast, which is a pity given the lovely view from the rooms. We were informed by this same woman on our first evening that we could perhaps have a 'hamper' - but then when we asked for wholemeal bread, which she seemed to regard as a nuisance, and other healthy options, the hamper was no longer available. I ended up getting the breakfasts in the morning myself and carrying them over to our room. When I went to do this the second morning, however, this same woman had told the other staff that this was no longer allowed. The other staff seemed embarrassed. With their help, I did it anyway. Thank goodness we were only staying two nights.
