Staff in bar and restaurant, were inexperienced, unattentive, and basically didn't care. Level of service poor.

The staff allowed us to retain the room until 1pm on our checkout day which was very helpful. The only criticism I had was that the Garden Room we stayed in was quite noisy I.e when our neighbours were leaving we could hear pretty much everything they were saying (they weren't shouting at all - just that the rooms aren't very sound proofed). The cleaners came to do their room soon after so getting back to sleep wasn't an option!

Very good value and well located hotel, the garden rooms are 'motel style' with easy parking outside your door. Nice comfy bed, good powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Right on the main road, easy to find and a 24-hour Tesco practically next door! The fan in the bathroom was very noisy - to the extent that when my neighbours used their bathroom, I could hear the fan humming away for some time afterward. Only a small niggle!

The hotel was clean comfortable and convenient for our purposes. The front of house staff were friendly and helpful. The value for money was good. We would stay there again with one significant reservation. The big drawback for us was that their wifi system did not work efficiently although they did make a serious effort to get it going it seems clear that their system needs to be uprated. (We did not get the work done through the internet that we had expected to be able to do.)

There is ample car parking and the main hotel, reception area etc is very spacious and inviting. I did not realise that a Garden Room meant a Chalet room in the rounds, outside of the main hotel with their own front door. Although the room was good, I did not sleep well as a woman on my own being apart from the hotel. I am sure a couple would be fine, but it did not suit me and therefore i would not recommend it to a solo female traveller

Staff were very helpful Towels in bathroom were ripped and had holes in, cleanliness of bath not up to standard. Had to ask reception for an iron and ironing board, when it came ironing board cover had a burnt in mark of the iron. The term GARDEN ROOM is misleading...it's just like a motel room...no garden or view at all...think this should be altered. I could have stayed at the premier in and paid less and the quality of the room would be much better.

It met my requirements for my visit to Hereford and it was easy to unload my clothes at my room door which made it easy to get ready etc for a social event I was attending . Room was a little cold at times but heating was turned down on closer inspection.

The receptionist was very helpful and sorted out a problem with our room fast. She also sent on our night clothes that we left behind! In the first room the cold water did not work and the loo did not flush ( sorted out at once by changing rooms ) The evening meal was perhaps too large portions.

We were very pleased withn the room service we have stayed twice now and both times good. We usually stay at Premier inns but decided to have a change. The only downside is the walls are very thin in the Garden rooms so you can hear every noise.? The second time was very quiet but the first was very embarrasing.

This hotel was functional rather than cosy. There was nothing to complain about but I would have prefered a more intimate experience. As above. The hotel is more business than pleasure.
