Friendly receptionist. Basic but adequate room. Reasonable choice of food at breakfast. Fair value for money using a special offer. Very hot in corridors and room. Small television with poor reception. |

The staff was quite friendly upon reception and was very accomodating. It is located very near the city center and close to most things. |

Convenience of location, friendliness of staff and a relaxed atmosphere which suited us. Good breakfast and evening meals in terms of quality of cooking and range of food on offer. Would have liked clothes hooks/ towel rail in the bathroom. |

The bed was very comfortable and excellent location for the town centre. The parking aspect was a little misleading, you have to go to a completely different place to park, not very convenient if you have big bags or small children, there was no bath in my room and i travel a lot but i really did not like the deduction taken before i had arrived to the hotel. |

Efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Nice towels and tea tray. Very clean. Good cooked breakfast. The shower should be upgraded to a power shower. Took me forever to get right temperature and to rinse my hair. Noisy, window needs repair. Room on small side for two people |

The staff were very friendly. Had everything we needed except air con/fan. Breakfast was included in the price & was lovely. the rooms were quite small & absolutely boiling hot - wish we had asked if there were any fans available...but didnt so my own fault I guess! |
