our room was very comfortable and there was no noise at all We had Christmas Eve lunch in the upstairs restaurant which we have donefor many years and the menu was very poor in fact there was a better selection in the bars downstairs we had a selection of 3 main courses, turkey, salmon or vegetarian. |

location market harborough is a loverly town noise from carpark people coming out from pubs and clubs bottlebank !!!! sunday morning i can go on. very surprised as it looks a quiet location. |

We stayed over after a function, which was first class. I am allergic to orange, which was in three of the 5 courses and they ensured I received meals which did not contain it. We felt the room was tired and in need of an upgrade. The bathroom smelt damp. At breakfast we had to wait whilst fresh food was brought out, only half of the options were ready and we constantly had to chase the staff of top ups of the food and juices - the breakfast was also expensive for the range available. |

Very helpful, friendly staff. Good central location. We had to move room because shower did not work. Once we notified reception, it was quickly dealt with, in an effecient manner. |
