We were made very welcome in this small hotel. The room and facilities were good for the price. Very good breakfast. Several public rooms offering sitting areas, games for wet days and garden in which to sit. We'd certainly stay again when visiting Newquay.

Greg and Fiona are welcoming hosts of an excellent small B and B type hotel. The standards of cleanliness and maintenance are first class. The king size double bed in a large room was comfortable and we slept well. The Full English breakfast was very good. Free wifi was also much appreciated. The en suite facility was a little tight although the shower itself was fine.

Greg & Fiona run a fantastic B&B. Theya re very friendly and helpful and the B&B reflects this atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent, close enough to walk to restaurants etc but far enough away from main area for noise etc. Our room was great, as was the bathroom. Would highly recommend The Three Tees to our friends. Keep up the great work!

Cleanliness of the room and helpful and welcoming owner. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious. The mattress wasn't great but I don't want to complain because the overall experience of staying there was lovely.

Very relaxed, clean and homely. Liked the touch of naming each room after a beach. The bathroom was very small.
