It really felt home from home. It was a lovely surprise for my partner. I told him we were coming for lunch but surprised him as we were staying. He was very impressed with the place. Reception lady was very sweet and professional. The room was very clean. Its very hard for hotels to have a home from home feel. We settled in very quickly and felt very relaxed, we were provided with everything we could have possibly needed for an over night stay. Its really easy to find from the station and we couldn't wait to jump into bed to snuggle up in front of the tele to catch up on soaps before heading downstairs for a lovely evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Waiters were very helpful, kind and understanding not stiff & awkward like you can get in some Indian Restaurants and when i started coughing the waiter appeared with a glass of water for me without me asking. The room had tea/coffee but also a large glass bottle of water. A few soaps & creams provided and also a large dove shower gel and to our surprise an iron. I suppose its all the sweet touches like this that make this place comfortable and nice. Had a lovely comfortable peaceful sleep, fresh shower and lovely breakfast in the morning. By the end not wanting to check out to go back to reality and wishing we could stay another night. Thank you Mehfil...we will definitely be seeing you the hotel and the restaurant again. :-)

Nice and comfortable beds. Even though on the suburb of London, it was close to the rail station for convenient journey into London. Good value for money. Also, parking was free. The internet was not free and sometimes strong scent of curry from the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel room was ok and pretty clean The olny problem we got was brkeakfest when we was waiting more than 10 min for coffee and tea to arrive and than next 10 min for cups as we haven't got any cups on the table. I am assuming that the hotel face water shortages.

Very close to Southall Station and just 18 min to Paddington Station by National Rail. The rooms was spacious, toilets were clean and the staff was very helpful. It also has an amazing Indian restaurant which serves real lip smacking dishes. All in all, an absolute value for money choice. Frankly, there weren't many and the positives of staying at Mehfil far outweigh the negatives. Just a suggestion - they can do a bit better on the breakfast front. Currently it has too limited choices.

Due to unexpected delay in my trip, I was not able to check-in before 12:00 pm, and the hotel staff handled that in an excellent way. They called me and when they came to know about the delay they agreed to make few arrangements for me to collect my room keys from their employee who stayed late for me on that day, by the time I reach the hotel it was 2:45 in the morning and someone was there to handover the key to me. Even though they don't have the hotel policy of 24hrs check-in, they helped me to check-in the early morning and it was the great.

Very good, 8

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem. Apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept very well. En suite very nice. Tesco nearby Earls Court tube station about 6-8minutes walk for me.” Julie, Padiham Lancashire |
