Mehfil - Heathrow  

It is a really nice hotel, close to the Southall train station. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. I had dinner in the restaurant, food was good as well.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. that you also had a lift helpful with my disability, the car parking and the food was great. thank you.

i'm nip picking a bit now, but the décor could do with looking at in some of the rooms. sorry.

The rooms were immaculate. Excellent value for money.

The bicycle chain on the gate was very silly, if you happen to enter the hotel parking late at night you would need to enter a code on a bicycle chain that is locked around the front gates, would a remote controlled gate not be more suitable?? We arrived at the gates at 23:30 and then had the not so great task of having to try to enter the code, very cumbersome indeed!

Its very clean, and great location for southhall shopping. The restaurant was lovely and they served a good choice at breakfast including parathas and indian tea.For the price it was well worth it.

Minor issue.Tv was rubbish. It was tiny and the picture was grainy. Not an issue in the summer but in the winter it would be useful during the long evenings.

We stayed because of a family party which was held there, but we have no complaints :)

Friendly staff, great breakfast! The rooms are modern, very improved since 2 years ago. Great location to shop in Southall.

Overall a wonderful experience, staff friendly, room was clean and of a good size, location ideal for short train trip to central London, will definately stay here again

we have stayed there 3 times now ,very nice ,and central to our friends

didnt much like the smell of the kitchen floatiing up to the room if you are at the back of the hotel

Everything was very good, staff accommodation, Indian Resturant downstairs, we will be booking again for our next trip. We used it to stop over on our way to Goa.

I found the bed a little hard, but that's personal preference not a fault of the hotel

The car park on a weekend full and "life-threatening".Almost bout was with an other groggy guest...not now experienced homely atmosphere :(

The experience was fine. But I need to add that there must be a tissue box, hair comb in room among package.

Great service from all hotel staff, from reception to restaurant. Location is a 2 minute walk from Southall train station which is a 15 minute train journey into Paddington. Great value for money, and we will be booking again soon.
