The service provided by all the staff was excellent in particular I would like to single out the reception staff who were magnificent. A smile goes a long way.
if pushed I would say the bathroom was a bit on small side, struggled to get on the pan lol.
Attitude of reception staff
Poor level of cleanliness
It was second stay at Mehfil excellent all round experience both times, staff very attentive and helpful will definitely be booking again
Location, cleanliness, very helpful staff, nice breakfast and good restaurant.
Soundproofing in between rooms need improvement.
Quiet setting Cleanliness Tea, coffee, soap, towels in rooms Neighborhood Close to train station Rather fast internet connection
The workers were very helpful, always smiling and welcoming you, the hotel is small but clean and neat. The breakfast was very good.
The reception closes by 2330
The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a meal at the Mefhil the evening we were heading home and the food was great. Very close to the rail station for travelling to central London. Our family room had plenty of space and was clean. We had a great time.
Only bad point was the shower curtain was looking a bit tired and needed replacing.
Bad carry Smell
The restaurant is excellent - the service from the waiters was excellent and the food was exceptional and I would definitely return for a meal should I ever be in the area agin.
The receptionist was moody and unhelpful. We had to ask for everything - wifi, then the password, then about parking, then about food. All of this should be freely offered as part of being an arriving guest. Welcome with a smile it certainly was not. Then, when I arrived in my room, there was no toilet roll so I went downstairs and asked for some and the moody receptionist said she'll sort it. I went back to my room and waited a further 20 mins before calling down. She advised she was waiting for HouseKeeping to arrive and could I wait a further 15 mins. I advised 'No, as to be fair it should have been here when I arrived.' She huffed before saying, OK I'll come. She arrived, without a smile 5 minutes later.
Good for the money... breakfast lovely Aloo paranthas very nice, staff fab. I slept well. Will def use this place again
Cold, noisy, tired and grubby
The food was fantastic and guests enjoy 20% discount. Parking available once restaurant clears.
No tea, only coffee in the room.
Fairly reasonable price; although a little high for the area.
Wasn't able to connect to internet.
Nice and clean for staying and restaurant staff was good and helpful all the time
Reception could have been more friendly and welcoming
Room was too small and not comfortable. I stayed only as had to attend a function in Southall.
Pillows were no pollowcases
Good area for sightseeing , adequate breakfast , Large car parking area.
Scruffy decor , damp smell in bathroom , Indian food aroma hanging in air.
I liked everything from staff to facilities during my stay! Will defo stay again on my next visit to london!
Nothing to dislike!
Signage for hotel could be better looks more like a restaurant from outside
It was close to where I was working. Very good restaurant with 1st class service. Best Biriani I have had. Parking available
Location was a bit intimidating, especially at night. Not what you would call a welcoming community. Reception staff not very friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was very poor.
The room was clean and fresh towels every day which we loved The staff are amazing and I remembered this from last year so when we booked this trip there was nowhere else I wanted to stay It's only two stations from Paddington and the food is out if this world.... So delicious my friend who lives in South of England came and stayed with us The area comes to life at night and like anywhere as long as you are aware of your surroundings you stay safe I love the culture, the kindness and respect which I hope we returned It was a perfect stay and I hope to return
The bed could do with a new mattress My friends bed was so much better I booked via the Internet and she booked over the phone
bad service, there was no light at 3rd floor,2 times complained but they didnt take it serious, you have to use torch to going ur room, no referigerator in rooms. lift doesnt works, brouht baggage via stairs from 3rd floor. in weekend cant sleep, because there is allways parties and peoples talking very loud. parking facility very poor, after 17:00hours you cant find parking in hotel parking area.and outside of hotel very dangerous to park coz lots of thieves in the area.
