Sehr gute Beratung durch das Hotelmanagement bezüglich Einkaufen, Sighseeing und Essen. Preis leicht überhöht, was u.a. auch am Pferderennen lag, das an dem Wochenende ausgetragen wurde. |

Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchgehend freundlich, das Frühstück reichlich und die Lage wirklich zentrumsnah mit Bus vor der Haustüre. Zudem freier Internetzugang für alle, in Deutschland eine Seltenheit. Eine besondere Schallisolierung der Fenster gibt es nicht. Für Lärmempfindliche empfehlen sich ob der Lage an der Hauptstrasse also für den Start des Berufsverkehrs Oropax. |

we found the very helpful and the breakfast was excellent every morning. the staff are a credit to the hotel and went out of their way to assist us. the room was very comfortable no complaints at all. we will be back. no. maybethe exterior but as we were told there is nothing can be done as it is protected building |

The friendliness of the front desk staff, the exceptional cleanliness of our room and the convenience to the city centre and most importantly, Anfield! Not a dislike as such but I didn't see a lift and I don't think this is mentioned on the hotel's website...could be compromising for some unsuspecting guests. Also, the orange juice at breakfast was of a very cheap variety and in this day and age a few croissants, or anything freshly baked, wouldn't go amiss! Also, a sign over the hotel door (entrance) would be desirable. |

I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere during my stay at The 'Nest. The approachable staff made me feel more than welcome, giving thorough tours of the hotel and its facilities. They also had no problems answering my many questions on the old and new areas of Liverpool in great detail and extraordinary accuracy. |

Very clean hotel, very helpful and nice people. Good breakfast. Free internet is very useful) if you are planing to visit center and Anfield as well - location of this hotel is great - 15 min from center and 15 min from Anfield. If your room is on side of the road its a bit noisy... and there is a pub just near so if you are a girl and going back late and at friday/saturday evening... |

Very friendly and helpful staff - Kevin did everything he could to make us feel welcome and give us lots of insider info about the area. It was immaculately clean. I would some it up as cheap and very cheerful! Great for 1 or 2 mights in Liverpool and very convenient to both Anfield and the city centre. No. No frills, but just what we needed for a flying visit. I would stay there again. |
