Homely and laid back. Location central to Anfield and town. Hackneys easily got. TV retuning each time it was put on - needs upgrading. |

Wifi was good and very useful. Food was mediocre and a little greasy. Shower was not good. Very noisy at night due to a pub being situated beneath! |

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location, outward appearance makes you wonder what on earth are you going to get, but as soon as you step through the door your worries disappear. The only issues we had was the level of road noise since we had a front room but you do expect that, it would have been mitigated had it been double glazed. The lack of good parking is also factor, you normally expect to have to park on a garage forecourt. |

the most valuble thing about my stay was that i was only a short walk from anfield,,,the breakfast was pretty good also,,, i didnt like the fact that i had no bathroom in my room,, i thought for the money i paid i really should have had a better room,,, and didnt like the fact my bathroom was in the corridor,,, also there was no pvc windows so the noise was pretty bad,, you could hear noise from the pub and traffic outside,,,the room was also a bit cold. |

The breakfast is fantastic, good spread for choice. The friendly staff assisting us to get to city centre using bus is most helpful. Very enjoyable stay, the hotel manager is extremely friendly and very hospitable. There are no food outlets near or around the hotel which makes it a chore to find a decent meal near to the hotel. |

Staff were all very friendly and the place was clean and in good condition, especially the communal areas Decent breakfast set us up for the day. Our room was at the top of the first stairs so we heard lots of people in transit, but it's an older building so maybe to be expected. |

The hotel staff were really helpful, friendly, warm and approachable. The building was clean and decorated in a nice fashion, it was also close enough to the city center that we were able to walk there and back a number of times. The rooms were large and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay away from home |
