The quiet and peaceful surroundings. We telephoned in August and requested a walk in shower for my mother, who is unable to use a bath, we were told one would be allocated to us but, upon arriving, they told us there wasn't one available. They suggested she shower in the leisure centre, this she did, even thought it was raining and she had quite a walk to get there, some of it uphill. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and they said ask Booking.com. Had the Leisure Centre not been there my mother would have had to make do with a strip down wash for 4 days! I question their customer care and also heard from a reliable source, they often promise things they can't provide. |

The apartment allocated was wonderful and spacious. The staff accommodated our request to stay on another night and managed to keep us in the same apartment. The location is beautiful and there are lots of family trips in the locality. THe swimming pool did not provide towels which meant we had to take towels from the apartment which was very inconvenient. The pool was also a bit cool. The resort appears to carry no insrance for accidental damage in the apartment and there is a list of the cost of breakages for every item down to cups and saucers. Although we managed not to break anything it is off putting to see the list in the paperwork when you are holidaying with children who are 5, 2 and 5 months!! |

Very relaxing. The fire in the Great Hall created a wonderful atmostphere. Our Thomas Grey suite was wonderful and housekeeping was at a most excellent standard. I enjoyed it all. Just the check in and out times are quite late/early. I would prefer a check in of 2pm and check out of 11am. |

Beautiful surroundings, excellent apartment, the kids loved the playground and feeding the ducks, the food was really good, the staff were lovely, very very good value. We wished we could have stayed longer. The directions to the hotel are inaccurate. By our hire car, you turn right at crossroads with a yellow sandstone house after about 1.1 miles (not 1.5 miles at a grey and white house), and then I suppose the distances given must be cumulative from the m6 exit. |

location, quality of furnishings, and apartment, everything really! small things\really, need waste bins in rooms, hooks on back of doors and terrace area needed cleaning appeared to have not been done.Restaurant a little over priced and A la Carte only available during weekends. Suggest add a more cost effective menu aswell for standard bar food. We have stayed there before so we knew what to expect which was excellent. |

It is wonderfully situated for doing walks along the Lancaster Canal way. Also the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had one great dinner at the hotel on the Friday night. The apartment was well appointed and spacious. The beds were hard. Also, there was hair in the drain of the main bathroom. These are easy to remove with a tweezer and are quite unsitely. Also, we ate at the restaurant on the Wednesday night and it was obvious that the chef was not there.. the meal was ok not great and the selection was not very good. |

This was our second stay in a couple of weeks and was even better than the first time. The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful and the apartment was superbly equipped, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The bar area is is joy to relax in. The two bedroom apartment was unbelievable value. |

Very good facilities in the studio apartment, with fully fitted kitchen to enable full self catering if required. Attractive extensive grounds and good amenities. Booking out time of 10am perhaps a little early - 11am would be preferable. |

Very friendly staff / very good price / comfortable accommodation / very clean. I wish we had been able to stay for than 1 night so that we could have seen more of the facilities. Late check-in (16.00) and early check-out (10.00) times reduce the amount you can see on a very short stay. |

We liked the layout of the appartment, particularly the garden, as we had brought our 2 grandchildren with us. They loved the pool, would have liked a go in the jacuzzi pool but were too young. The childrens play area and ducks were enjoyed by all. They said they felt very posh to have their own bathroom and basins!! I think that check out time of 10am is a little too early and that 11am would be better. Both times we have stayed with you we have had housekeeping knocking on the door at 10am on the dot. |

Very quiet and attractive country location in superb grounds but still within easy drive of Lancaster, Morecombe, Blackpool or day trip to Lake District. Large and very well appointed apartment. Friendly, helpful staff. |

Very clean, well equiped kitchen. Nice and spacious. Renovation work being carried out was much noisier than expected. Heating could not be turned off so it was extremely hot and windows only opened a few inches. No lift. |

This Premier Inn is walking distance from the seafront, in the Bispham area, north of Blackpool. Enjoy a good night's sleep, free parking and an on-site Beefeater restaurant. |
