I just loved this guest house, I booked at short notice but still had a lovely room. We had a friendly welclom, nothing was too much trouble. We were shown around the house, was ofered dvd's if needed. It was raining when we got there so we were offered umbrellas. What a lovely touch. Our room was so comfy, def 5*, bedding was 1st class, flat screan tv, dressing gowns laid on the bed, towels white and fluffy and plenty of them, shower was spot on. Breakfast in the dinning room was excellent, plenty of choice, and food was bought in locally, service was also excellent. I would go back to this guest house again and agian. Loved it, thanks so much

The best b&b we have ever stayed in. Lovely, clean, comfortable room with luxury bedding and a very comfortable bed. The towels were changed every day and the bathroom was well stocked with all sorts of toiletries etc. I used one of the provided gowns and was happy to use this one throughout, and did, but still a clean one was left should I require it, it is clear that attention to detail is important at Tides Reach and it is part of a package which makes this b&b so lovely. The breakfast was quality food well cooked and locally sourced. The b&b is in a lovely spot overlooking the sea and within walking distance of many restaurants. The hosts were very friendly, informative and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend and hope to return soon.

A charming, well-kept bed and breakfast! Hosts Mary and Lin were welcoming and offered great advice on local sites, shopping and dining. A good way to be introduced to the coastline of South Wales.

We were given a very warm greeting by our hostess. All aspects of the available facilities were explained as well as advising what was available locally. Our room was spotless, the shower was excellent and easy to control. Breakfast was absolutesly faboulous and the food was prepared for us at the time we ordered. We cleared our plates on both mornings. All in all a very good and highly recommended Guest House.

Absolutely brilliant service !! The lady was very helpful with rooms, places to eat, parking, etc. The house was built in 1850s and has traditional luxury furnishing in the lounge and dining area. They also have a good collection of DVDs and books to keep you occupied if you are staying in.

Lovely place. We had a great view of Swansea Bay -- two large windows facing the water -- in a wonderfully bright room. The owners were extremely helpful and met our every need. Breakfast was superb. I expect we will book there again when we return to Wales. It was better than expected.

Mary & Lin run a really nice guest house and they are lovely people. We had 2 bay facing rooms which were spacious ,comfortable and clean with wonderful sea views, and the breakfast was delicious. They were very helpful when we arrived......giving us plenty of info on where to visit and where to eat...( Plenty of restaurants within walking distance ). This is a place we would stay at again and recommend it highly.
