The food was good breakfast and evening meal also the entertainment was good. The location was brilliant. The games room was poor, wonky tables and had to pay a £5 deposit each time you wanted to play any game including a ball/queue. We had to pay to upgrade our room as we were not happy with the tiny room we were first given which just had enough room for you to walk around the bed. Very hard to get around other levels as certain lifts for certain parts of hotel and only worked if people had previously shut the lift door which was not often. |

the veriety of entertainment feel that the hotel is in good need of re-renevating, think that this is a very old & tierd hotel,, and feel would benefit hugely from money being spent.. |

The staff were lovely and all very friendly. The location was great as its very central and the food and entertainment were good. The decor once out of reception was awful - duct tape holding the carpet down and bare patches. My room was tiny and the shower didnt work. After having the maintence guy up twice i finally had hot water but i had to hold the shower head as the bracket was broken and if i moved the shower head the wrong way the water went stone cold again. I informed reception but no conpensation or apology was offered in any way. |

Not impressed by having to pay the bill as soon as we arrived, before we had seen the room or decided if we were having an evening meal. No offer of help with suitcases. Television was ancient and most channels didnt work. Plumbing in bathroom needed attention. We were totally ignored when we first entered dining room and eventual attention from the head waiter was not very friendly. |

value for money and a good location. also free parking the only thing i disliked about the hotel, was the seats in the bar. which were very uncomfertable, considering the amount of time spent watching the entertainment. |

The communal areas were excellent. The breakfasts were of a good standard and the service was friendly and efficient. Good location and we were able to park our car outside. Having read reviews on this and other web sites {after booking} we almost bottled out but we were very glad that we did not, overall it represents very good value for money. The lift is inadequate and rather antiquated. The rooms were clean and the room service was fine but the beds were uncomfortable. |

Breakfast The room we were in was right next to the lift housing on the top floor room 409 and we never got a good nights sleep on both nights and the room was uncomfortably too warm |

the hotel itself was fine, and the breakfast was very good. the size of the bedroom and bathroom, and the lift is very old , they should consider their older clients and replace the lifts so they are more accesible. also the head waiter in the dinning room was very ignorant especially if you were only bed and breakfast , it was as if you didnt count as a guest.... |

Easy parking, good cabaret room, nice clean room with ensuite and a decent TV that actually works. Only visited reception 3 times during overnight stay but had to wait too long to be served. Bar prices quite expensive. |

The hotel was average but the food i.e. breakfast was good. The bedrooms could have been of a better quality. |

we found it very relaxing good entertainment food good and impressed that the fact we booked single rooms they were not cramped and had a decent size bed i tnink the only thing to fault was the lifts but you have this matter in hand and the fact that the charge of 12 pounds for evening meal because we booked on the internet was rather high and think you would get more people if price was lowered |

I feel comfortable at Tiffany's. Have been lots of times. The lift, people don't shut the door properly, therefore sometimes it appears not to work. However, a self closing door would amend this. |

Dianne on reception was the only person in the hotel who was friendly, polite and well presented. The room were next to a cranky old goods lift, which which was been used as the lift which made such a row!! It was not a relaxin lace at all. The dining room staff, some could hardly speak english food was basic not worth the money!! Rooms were dated and needed new carpets and furniture |
