Good breakfast with plentiful choice and the dining room staff were very pleasant.
The reception lacked atmosphere but we don't like modern decor although we appreciate some guests would. The single room really was very small and the price excessive for what it was! The hotel is suitable for a weekend but we wouldn't stay for longer as it lacked comfort for us.
The rooms were lovely, in fact the hotel as a whole was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We only had breakfast which was self service, but it was hot and there was plenty of choice.
Nothing per say, it was a little quiet for being nearly Christmas, so the atmosphere wasn't there.
staff very friendly and food excellent
didnt like paying on arrival, wasnt aware hotel only took one night as deposit.should have been made aware at time of booking.rooms and hotel need a facelift.......................................................... but overall very good.
location staff were friendly and helpful evening entertainment was included
bathroom was cramped bath had no shower fitting i requested and was provided with a rubber shower attachment but it did not fit the bath taps which resulted in water over the floor and thus was unusable
The location was great easy to walk into blackpool. The entertainment was excellent. Food good. Really enjoyed our stay would go again with friends and recommend to others. Thank you..
location room was large cleanliness
very, very hot around the bar/ball room
Location food staff comfort entertainment
The staff were polite , rooms clean ,food very good . Entertainment good, will be going back again.
Two women swearing at comedian calling him racist in front of 3 little children, and upsetting all the people in the room
Great stay booked in advance got a good deal, rooms good size and clean and modern the only problem was the noise from the road constant traffic. Breakfast was good again dining room clean and fresh if the price is right would defiantly go back.
The noise from the road even on the second floor and on the backs too noise could upgrade the windows.
Racist comments made by the male second act, its been a long time since I have witnessed such ignorance. Tolerating such behaviour is unacceptable. I lot of customers walked out, however the bar staff, some of whom were'nt English turned a blind eye to it or didnt actually understand what was being said.
Needs a little TLC in places but I understand its going to be completely refurbished. Would definitely stay there again.
Was concerned after reading recent reviews but I shouldn't have been - from start to finish we couldn't have been looked after better. Lovely, friendly staff. Clean, spacious sea view bedroom and en suite bathroom. Had a great night's sleep in a most comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and lots of choice. Friendly staff waiting on. I have already recommended Tiffany's to a friend. Thank you to all staff for making us feel at home on our recent stay.
The décor was a bit tired but no way did it spoil our stay at this lovely hotel. There was nothing to dislike.
Staff could not have been more helpful very friendly
Food, entertainment, games room for kids,
The breakfast was nice & satisfying !
The bed was very incomfy, the staff were a bit unwelcoming & the entertainment was a bit outdated and didn't really suit a younger crowd.
Friendly Staff Beautiful Food It was nice to be served our meal at the table and not have to queue up in a food line it was like being in a restaurant without restaurant prices
It was a little noisy late at night and the sound of TVs seems to travel
Bar area nice and spacious.
Rooms a bit dated with toilet roll holder and towel ring coming off the wall. Toilet seat sliding around. Single room ultra small.
Nice hotel good value for money. Cabaret was good and staff friendly.
Room could do with a lick of paint, but still ok for the money. Would stay again.
This hotel is set in a fantastic location, it is easy to walk to the shops and bars and there is a tram stop directly opposite for those who do not wish to walk. Staff are friendly and we were able to leave our bags behind to be looked after after checking out.
We were in number 317 and there was a sewage smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. We did not, however, complain about this.
small room/ too hot
The Reception staff was very friendly. I mentioned that I in Blackpool with my friends to celebrate my birthday. When I got to my room, there was a bottle of sparkling perry in my room with a card wishing me a happy birthday from all at Tiffany's. I thought that was a lovely touch. The cabaret, -when we got back from the show we had been to see, was great. The singer was smashing and we enjoyed having a dance! Breakfast was plentiful and the dining room was very nice.
Frankly, we found nothing to dislike.
entertainment & food
Room Entertainment Parking
Couldn't get our radiator fixed on first evening because maintenance had gone home. If you had Breakfast towards the end time everything had obviously sat there stewing for an age which made food tasteless
clean and food very good
room in need of updating
