Friendly staff Clean comfortable rooms Great breakfast Central location Well decorated and presented accommodation
Expected noise from the bar below, even though the music was very loud so don't expect to get sleep until after midnight... The walls between the rooms is ridiculously thin... Could hear the man in the room next door snoring all night. Could not get any sleep so wouldn't stay again for that reason.
I have arthritis in my knees and the lack of hand rail on the stairs is an issue
Very clean and comfortable for my single night stay. An excellent breakfast - both in quality and quantity. Tilted Wig staff did their utmost to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
The addition of a hairdryer being provided in the bedroom would have been welcomed.
Lovely old beamed pub, excellent food and pleasant staff. Bedroom rather small but otherwise all good.
Friendly people made you feel welcome. Excellent food at fair price made you want to stay longer.
The food was excellent. We were going to eat out the second night but the food was so good at the Tilted Wig that we ate there again.
The staff were great and the evening meal we had excellent, as well as breakfast. Room lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again, even with the couple of things to note.
A double is really 2 singles pushed together and laid up as a single - slightly therefore uncomfortable in the middle! Also, the setting up of the market on Saturday morning at 5.45am was very noisy. Music in bar was heard in room but they did turn down low / off by 12.30am. None of this would put me off staying here again!
Ambiance Style of décor Very friendly staff Excellent food Cleanliness of the accommodation
Bearing in mind that this is a Bar/Restaurant with accommodation, it does get a little noisy late on when you retire to your room.
Lovely room, good facilities, bar very nice, great breakfast, staff very nice and helpful
Limited parking on site. Car park opposite max 3 hour stay.Bed very lumpy. Quite noisy in morning, sounded like cleaner in the bar pre 7 am.
Great location, great breakfast, lovely staff, stylish rooms
We had 2 singles pushed together as a double bed and the one single mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It had sunk and needed replacing.
The food was lovely. Many locals attending for breakfast which is always a good sign. Decor beautiful and premises spotless
Please get new mattress and pillows for room 4. The worst I have ever slept on!!!!!!
Noise from the pub below/ outside made it impossible to sleep until after closing time
Central location, great breakfast choice, friendly efficient staff
Small shower with unpredictable water pressure and temperature. Had to get out of a freezing cold shower to rinse conditioner off long hair in the sink. Thin walls, could hear everything going on in room next door!!! Noisy downstairs from about 6.00am
Convenient location in centre of Warwick
Had to put cardboard in rattly windows as it was very windy on the night we stayed. We understand though that with an old building with old sash cord windows, this is quite normal.
Excellent location, great staff, exceptionally clean. Great variety of food choices
Old sash windows had no hinge fasteners or Fitch fasteners so very noisy when windy - more importantly lack of security as windows can easily be opened
The food is superb and wide choice of breakfast included. Staff are brilliant and allowed to leave my car parked in their car park all day after I'd checked out to enable me to walk to my meeting and not have to find another car park.
It was a bitterly cold night and very windy and the original sash windows let through a cold draft, but OK snuggled in bed! Over a pub, so usual pub noise and a lot of creaking floorboards / doors shutting etc.well into the small hours - take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!
They rang us in the morning to say our room was unavailable.
good location immaculately clean room was cosy on a very cold night
room was small but adequate some staff (not all) could have been more friendly
Everything a pub should be, friendly, helpful staff, everything works, good beer and food. Would definitely book again if staying in Warwick.
The staff were great and very helpufl
The walls of the rooms were very thin, to the point I could hear the gentleman in the room next coughing and burping. The quilt on the bed for the time of year was very thin.
Central location, friendly staff, great bar with wine, food, coffee, etc. Parking was really convenient. Room had all that was required for a very comfortable stay
5 min walk from Racecourse Smack in the centre of Warwick 5 min walk to the Castle Good Breakfast!
Noisy pub below the bedroom, but not a problem for us as we were out for the night.
Helpful and friendly staff. A fun stay.
Perfectly situated at the Market Place. You walk to Warwick Castle in a couple of minutes. Lovely room, helpful staff, great breakfast and a cosy pub with fireplace.
Beds were a bit too soft. Would be great with another matrass on top. Otherwise everything perfect really.
very nice place, really enjoyed the décor and the facilities
very very noisy
