Cleanliness is very poor. Six rooms & only one Toilate & bathroom. Rooms like slumgs,

i have never stayed anywere that had so many fines the walls are covered in rules i was told i was sick oustide the quest house an it was on cctv an ask to see this as i knew i wasnt sick i was also told i was drunk which was untrue and even if i had been drunk im well over 18years old an passed the age to get drunk ,,also bookin in not till 5pm i found was a bit late so i had an extra 30 pound to pay to book in early which i thought was a bit steep u have clean ur own room that i didn mind but the rooms werent the cleanest its ok if u just want somewere to put ur head down the room was in was very small it was a double room but if there had been 2 ppl stayin it wudve been a tight squeeze .ive never had to stay anywere that u had to wash ur dishes in a bathroom that a lot off other ppl had been usin to wash there body in 1st if i had to give points on cleanlyness outa 10 wud be a 2 booked out 24hours early tinas was dull dark an dingy an had to put up with the person in next room snorein all night an ur not allowed to watch tv after 10pm at night all i can say is thank god i had friends in london i used my bank card to book in an i got there early and money was taken outa my card without my perrmission which i thought was also wrong if u want basic poor highine tinas wud never pass as a guest house in belfast i paid for 3 nights got charged for four and stayed 2 was very upset at bein acused in the wrong to the point off being in tears while cleanin the room i found thats the fridge in the room had frozen food in the fridge a lota dust an dirt under the bed an in corners thre was also 2 bottle off milky drinks that the quest before me mustve droped an rolled under the bed

From the initial mix up of credit card payment to the fact Tina takes a £100 bond off all guests without being notified to the fact you have to take your shoes off at he front door and leave them there. That is just the start of it the fact the guesthouse is in Barking is very appt there are signs and instructions on everything and some really ridiculous instructions about when you can have your window open due to mosquitos to when you need to switch your tv off and every instruction ignored involves a fine that comes out of your £100 bond even checking out involves a 7 point list with fines on all points including if you dont make your bed which is a £100 fine this leads me to beleive that the bedding is not changed on a regular basis. And the bathroom was probably the most disgusting I have come across in all my stays away on business so bad neither myself or my son used the toilet in our two day stay dirty, grubby, full of tat and junk and of course signs everywhere. My recomendation dont go near it with a bargepole if left with Tinas Guesthouse or My van to sleep in I'd choose the van everytime.

We didn't sleep there because we were afraid of the hostess, the interior and the many, many restrictions and rules. For example, you have to take off your shoes downstairs and leave them there. It's against the rules to wear shoes indoors. That's just one of the many rules plastered and most of the walls. They also include: a penalty for leaving the window opened at night, a penalty for watching television after 10 PM, a penalty for not leaving the door of your own room wide open after you leave the hotel (which is a 100 pounds, by the way), a penalty for not signing the register after you leave the hotel, a penalty for not cleaning the shower after you use it, a penalty for not making your bed in the morning, and many more. Though we didn't consume the "service", we paid almost 400 pounds - for a "Good afternoon" and "Goodbye". (The starting offer we booked was less than a half, 177 pounds...).

ik kon vroeger op de dag komen en op de vertrekdag langer blijven

erg vieze kamer. slecht sanitair. slechts 1 badkamer voor alle kamers om te delen. weinig douchewater. alles op de groen was vies. ik kreeg 1 handdoek en die stonk erg. het servies was vies, ik vroeg me af of beddengoed schoon was. Kortom, low budget maar op negatieve manier ingevuld.

Het was er rommelig, stoffig en het deed vies aan. Overal zijn briefjes opgeplakt wat je wel of niet mag doen. Kapstokken en schilderijen die nog in het plastic zitten(?) en heel veel spullen overal. Qua prijs/kwaliteit ook slecht, voor het geld heb je gewoon een hotel. Wij waren er voor de olympische spelen en hadden al in okt2011 geboekt. Nu was er ineens geen ontbijt meer bij terwijl dat er wel bij zat tijdens het boeken. Heel eerlijk gezegd was het er ook zo vies dat je er ook niet wilde eten. Alles kostte extra. Voor ons geen goede ervaring met dit guesthouse en wij komen er ook zeker niet meer.

salle de bains des plus vétuste, tuyau de douche percé, robinetterie défectueuse. les draps ne sont pas changés entre chaque locataire !! Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, simplement appareil bouilloire et micro ondes fournis. le café lyophilisé laissé pour le client était périmé. je peux vous joindre des photos pour que vous puissiez apprécier par vous même de l'arnaque de cette offre.

J'ai aimé le quartier, calme et bien desservi (commerces et bus à 2 pas), la chambre qui était calme et confortable et l'accueil.J'ai surtout beaucoup aimé le rapport qualité-prix.

j'ai trouvé l'endroit très étroit. Il était difficile d'y manger, de nettoyer la vaisselle voire même d'accéder au placard de rangement. Quelque chose m'a considérablement dérangé: c'est le nombre hallucinant de consignes, interdictions et autres menaces d'amendes inscrites sur les murs. Je ne sais pas si c'est une coutume locale mais j'ai trouvé ça très désagréable.

Rien du tout je le déconseille vivement.

Tout est fait pour extorquer la caution au client. N'allez pas là bas il ya des vrais hotels sur le site e-booking proposant un meilleur rapport qualité-prix et qui ne sont pas tenus par des escrocs.

Tout, toute la maison est très sale (nous avons des photos pour le prouver) avec de la poussière, des insectes mortes et des poils partout, la moquette et les tapis sont sales et en raison de la politique des propriétaires de ne pas être autorisés à porter des chaussures dans la maison, c'était très désagréable de marcher avec rien sur nos pieds! Incertain si les draps sont nettoyés entre les clients, on s'est réveillé avec piqûres de puces partout. La salle de bain était dégoûtante avec le rideau de douche qui n'a jamais été nettoyé et la baignoire qui était marron. Quand nous nous sommes plaints au propriétaire après la première nuit, elle nous a accusés d'avoir tout sali et était très désagréable envers nous. Nous avons payé pour 3 nuits mais ne sommes restés qu'une en raison des conditions. Nous n'avons pas été remboursés et à ce jour booking.com nous a pas aidé. Everthing, the whole house is very dirty (we have photos to proove it) with thick dust, dead insects and body hair everywhere, the carpets and rugs where dirty and because of the owners policy of not being allowed to wear shoes in the house it was horrible walking on the floors with nothing on our feet!! Uncertain if the sheets are cleaned between guests, woke up with flea bites all over us. The bathroom was disgusting with slim on the shower curtain and grime in the bath. When we complained to the owner after the first night, she accused us of making the house dirty and was very rude to us. We payed for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 because of the conditions. We haven't had a refund and so far booking.com hasn't been very helpful.

μέσα στα καθήκοντα της διαμονής εκεί ήταν πριν το check out(το οποίο είναι self-check out) η καθαριότητα του δωματίου και των αντικειμένων που χρησιμοποίησες, να πετάξεις τα σκουπίδια σου κ.α.αν δεν τα έκανες η εγγύηση των 100 λιρών δεν σου επιστρεφόταν.δεν ξέρω πια η λογική όλων αυτών αλλά από τη στιγμή που πληρώνεις για μια διαμονή,κάποιες παροχές θεωρούνται αυτονόητες!δεν το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Absolutely nothing! I have to forfeit the remaining two nights for I can't even figure out how I ended there in the first instance.

I think this facility is being run without any governmental directives or guidelines. I personally think it shouldn't be called guest house, I was to stay three nights, I was awake all night the first night, I have to checked out the following day. This facility is one of such that I ever come across in my over thirty years of traveling around Europe. How on earth will four rooms share a bathroom (this is the worst of it all), with so many instructions pasted all over the walls, don't do this, don't do that, no shoes (when am not a muslim), this place is ridiculous. I got sick overnight staying at this facility. I wish a representative of Booking.com should pay a visit one day to access what I saw in this facility. I am trying to get in touch with people in authority that control this kind of facility to see how the place can be improved. No visitor after 8pm, no TV after 10pm, you have to remove your shoes and keep it downstairs and so on, don't do this don't do that in this modern world... it's just too much for anyone too fantom.
