Location, novelty, decor, comfort, facilities, 3 ensuite's with hot showers
The uniqueness of the experience of staying in the named boat and the decor.
The noisy pumping system for the toilet flushing especially at nighttime when not in use.
I like the concept of the Boat, and indeed showed some people from Leeds around the boat, I liked the location.
The whole experience was one of disapointment, it is never a five star setting, it was grubby and unkept for instance the table was covered by a dirty red cloth which was disgusing a dirty glass table. the first thing that hits you is the washing machine in the lounge area, the cushions were well used and grubby, the ship feature inside had holes in both sides the glasses in this area were filthy and no full set of anything, the glasses over the table were very dirty, the bowl in the sink was well used and discoloured, the bedding was not fresh, and the day cover un ironed, there was a large stain on the sheet of the double bed, the towels were black with what looks like bleach stains and they were well worn, none of our ladies used the showers as they did not fancy the grubby towels. the cutelry draw was grubby. I brought my own table cloth, and cutlery the cover to the freezer compartment was broken off and fell off every time you opened the fridge, the mirror ceiling tiles were mostly broken in fact shattered by i imagine champagne corks when I mentioned the standard to the male member of staff his reply was " it is what it is" the main bathroom was not clean i cleaned the toilet and the sink myself, indeed i spent my first hour or so cleaning the dishes, glasses and work tops which were all smeared as the finish is black. there was a mop bucket and mop to keep the door open.. there were no instructions about leaving the boat, i waited till after 11am and then asked next door what they were doing and they told me to leave the keys and make sure the door was closed, i did ring the mobile number when i got home and he confirmed this was the case, i did take photos of all the issues i have mentioned. we were a group of Seven Women of mixed age groups. who have all experienced 5 star accomadation and this was not Five Star.....**/*** two to three we would guess. disapointed it was treat with a twist..... HMS Grubby
Brilliant location and great venue ... Group of friends enjoyed being on the titanic and will be back , great city, friendly staff snd people
Perfect venue for a girly weekend. Loved the decor Beds very comfortable even in 3rd class. Would certainly come back and recommend to friends
great location and very clean accommodation. A truly different way to spend a break and the facilities were first class.
Maybe sleeping arrangements could be improved on , sleeps 8 but would be better described as 4 adults and 3 children
Themed houseboat with better facilities than any hotel room in a fantastic location. Can't wait to try the other houseboats.
It was just something a bit different from staying in a hotel, and was particularly good for a group of friends as you were all together, rather than being in hotel rooms.
Very spacious. Very good amenities. Great theme. Good location.
The fixtures are looking a little worn eg drawer handles falling off and blind in main bedroom a bit precarious
Cleanliness You had the whole boat to yourself Felt you were living in luxury
No sky movies There was a bad smell coming from one of the cupboards
We came on a hen party and had a great time and the titanic was just amazing a couple of the girls are thinking off booking again with there families. Can not fault anything and when we did have a little problem we rang the number and the staff came straight out to us.
There was nothing not to like 10/10 4 us .
Brilliant luxury accommodation, much better than any expectations. Will come again : ) x
Could do with a iPod dock or CD player not much option to play music
Great fun party boat, great location.
States sleeps 8, but there was actually 1 double 2 bunk beds and 1 3/4 with a bunk above so actually only 7 beds. We were four couples, so some people had to sleep on the very narrow sofa in the lounge, would be better for 6 or 7 people. Other than that loved it
Everything. Something different, excellent location, great place for a party night in!!
I booked this for my younger brothers 21st as he is obsessed with the Titanic! We spent just one night on the Titanic Boat and absolutely loved it! Whilst it may seem a little pricey it is totally worth it. Very clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, after a quick tour of the boat they leave you to get on with it! It has all you need if you decide to self cater and is only a short walk from the city centre if you'd rather a meal out. Wish we could have stayed longer and will seriously consider staying here again! all in all 10 out of 10 and some very happy customers!
The noise of the toilets flushing can seem a little loud, however this did raise a few laughs during the night and so wasn't a problem for us!
Staying on a boat. The facilities.Spacious living area is good for a family. Good location.love the Titanic themed interior. good nightlife not too far away.
There was nothing that we did not like about the Titanic Boat.
A wonderful unique stay. Very clean everywhere and comfy beds. All 7 of us loved it and all said that we could have happily stayed for more nights. Facilities were 2nd to none, we didnt want for anything. When we were met on arrival everything was eplained in detail by a very freindly young man.
Only little criticism was that it was a little bit chilly in the morning and couldnt get the heating to come on, but we were leaving anyway so not a problem
The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean (appreciated having towels included). The kitchen was well equipped and very smart appearance. It is a great facility for families or a group of friends visiting The Albert Dock or Echo Arena.
If anything let the boat down, it was the comfort in the lounge area (the TV and Sky system was very impressive but the sofa not comfortable enough to sit for long enjoying it!). Having said that, this minor detail would not deter me from returning again.
Everything excellent. Had a great night, thanks
Nothing that we didn't like
One word WOW. Really enjoyed our stay the location is excellent close to everything you could want. The boat itself is fab, really cleverly converted. Everything was spotless. Will definitely go back for longer, as none of us wanted to leave had three boys 8,10 and 13 with us and they haven't stopped talking about it. Highly recommend to anyone.
Can't fault it at all suited us perfect for shopping and sightseeing and next time socialising great experience thank you so much!
Like the space a lot of room an the rooms had there own toilet an shower
Microwave not working but defo book again we had a fab two days and thank you xxxxxx
It was my baby shower last weekend and it's was so brilliant in the titanic and everyone love it! Would deffo to go there again for any special.
There was nothing that we didn't like about the titanic, but strange boys came to on top of the titanic, one of my friend walked to the boat and saw the 3 boys were on the top of the boat, and shouted to them to get off and the boys were off to ran! It's silly! Otherside should be safe to lock. Oh well never mind.
Liked the whole idea of it, and the lay out and decoration were cool, the cleaning ladies were lovely. X
We had arrived from the Isle of Man and had asked for 12 o'clock check in and got a response saying yes, when we got there it wasn't ready but no biggy the ladies cleaning where lovely and we arranged to go back a bit later, which we did and all was fine we thought, we got our keys for the boat got settled in and get ready to see the new year in and I got a text message off the guy renting the boat out saying if we didn't arrive soon we weren't getting on, then my son received a phone call from a knarky guy basically saying the same and I also had an email. Bearing in mind we had paid £650 for one night as it was New Year's Eve and we were already on his flipping boat.
