The staff were very freindly from when we arrived upto the time we left. The room was just as we were hoping for, Clean tidy and resonable well sized.The Shower was clean and very efficient being both hot and powerful. Food at the hotel and the service provided at breakfast was exceptional. |

Musty smell in en-suite. No lifts as I am disabled and found stairs difficult though later offered ground floor room. Didn't read my notes written on web site. Facilities closed on return in the evening e.g. bar. |

The friendly and relaxed approach of the management. The food was excellent. The location of the hotel made it very easy to walk into the centre of Torquay. There was nothing I disliked about this hotel and I am looking forward to my next visit. |

Owners were helpful and friendly. Was in walking distance of town (although up and down a short sharp hill) Parking in town is expensive and traffic wardens are everywhere!!!! From choice again would go for one of the superior rooms (less stairs to climb) |
