Very friendly hosts, Robert and Jackie, made me feel truly welcome. Comfortable, clean and well appointed accommodation. Hosts willing to prepare early (excellent) breakfast for me. Had a good night's sleep. Excellent value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. I will certainly return. |

The staff were very friendly and the location is ideal as it is not too far to walk to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. The hotle bar was never open at night. |

I found the staff very welcoming and friendly. They were willing to go the extra mile. I liked having my own front key because I attended a conference which finished late. The breakfast was always started on time.I liked the pot of tea and the self service for the cereals etc. |

This hotel is quite small and personal and everything about it was lovely and welcoming. Room was lovely, with an easy walk down to town centre and harbour. Would highly recommend it. |

A pleasant place with all the usual comforts. The staff really couldn't have been more helpful. Laid-back and relaxed attitude. |

The staff were very freindly from when we arrived upto the time we left. The room was just as we were hoping for, Clean tidy and resonable well sized.The Shower was clean and very efficient being both hot and powerful. Food at the hotel and the service provided at breakfast was exceptional. |

Musty smell in en-suite. No lifts as I am disabled and found stairs difficult though later offered ground floor room. Didn't read my notes written on web site. Facilities closed on return in the evening e.g. bar. |

Der herzliche Empfang durch die Hotelbesitzer, das schöne saubere Zimmer, das Vorhandensein von kostenlosem WiFi, die Flexibilität des Frühstücks (ich konnte früher als vorgesehen frühstücken, damit ich meinen Zug bekam) |
