Very Friendly, helpful staff. Good services/facilities. Great Location. Paying extra for wi-fi access. I found it quite strange to pay an extra 8 pound (or there about) for 24 hour internet access for a service that you get free in most coffee shops n such. I understand that the hotel has to make money where it can, but lots of people need internet access today, it is not an "extra" service no more than you consider having a tv in the room as an extra service. Just my own opinion on the matter. Other than that, great hotel. |

The location was fantastic - right in the centre of Derry, just like the website had said. Very easy to find and was great to be able to park the car in the safe and secure underground car park. Added breakfast at the hotel as well and was lovely. |

The room was very small. We had a hard time even getting around each other in the room. Furnishings were shabby. Were not able to check in until 3:00 PM on the dot. Parking limited to about 20 cars and fills up real quick. We requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor when making reservations months ahead of our visit, and were among the first checking in. We got a first floor, smoking room with a view of the mechanical workings of the hotel. I would not stay again. |

Nothing - suitable for business trip Room very spartan, shower curtain stank, generally dusty not enough shampoo/shower wash and only one face cloth. Overlooked air-conditioning vent so very noisy. Breakfast waitress surly, no information given re fitness suite/reception staff seemed lethargic. No atmosphere in bar or encouragement to stay. Would suit business person or quick visit to city for theatre. Perhaps not a good time of year. Under-ground parking a plus though had to ring to ask about parking. |

Hotel was excellent value for money The car park was difficult to access - and meant travelling the wrong way down a one way street as the entrance was almost always blocked. The car park itself is very difficult to manouerve around, and the bins were blocking the exit lane for our entire stay - which meant risking leaving in the entrance lane. |
