The hotel is close to shopping, entertainment, tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. Tower Hotel is a stylish and contemporary, and although only open since May 2002, it has won a number of awards including an AA Rosette and RAC dining award for the restaurant; making it one of the most popular hotels in Derry.

城壁内にありロケーションが良い。「タワー」の通り部屋からの見晴らしもとても満足。室内も広く、使い勝手- もいい。 |

The Tower is in an excellent location and there are some very good extras such as the hotel gym. The breakfast was fantastic value and the staff were very helpful in answering any questions that i had. Highly recommended/ |

My only complaint would be that there was a constant and hum in the hotel and in my room. It sounded like a boiler constantly on and was very disturbing during the night. |

empty beer bottle on window ledge. dirt as in old socks gum tissues papers under single bed which was revealed when we moved it up against wall to ensure child not fall out! |

Everything within walking distance, great shops. Bar was unstaffed due to it being a sunday night,but plenty of entertainment nearby. would definately stay again. Great value for money. No staff in bar. |

everything close to centre and staff were good and quiet hotel nothing cant find a fault, apart from 3 male adults in a room when we had a double and a single bed, time before there was a double, single and a fold down bed, but never said to reception and they probably would have moved us, |

Staff were very helpful, especially as we arrived very early due to our flight. They arranged our rooms immediately. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Location excellent, right in the centre. Felt breakfast could have been included for the price, although it wouldn't put me off staying again. |

The staff were pleasant and my room was clean. Checking in and out was quick and easy, although the hotel was not particularly busy. Car parking availability is very limited. The hotel restaurant was only serving room service bar snacks on the night I stayed, certainly not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. |

Very Friendly, helpful staff. Good services/facilities. Great Location. Paying extra for wi-fi access. I found it quite strange to pay an extra 8 pound (or there about) for 24 hour internet access for a service that you get free in most coffee shops n such. I understand that the hotel has to make money where it can, but lots of people need internet access today, it is not an "extra" service no more than you consider having a tv in the room as an extra service. Just my own opinion on the matter. Other than that, great hotel. |

Location to city centre. The receptionist on friday night at the desk.After a nearly a three and half hour drive very on accommodating and give us a very bad restaurant to have a meal in.Though the receptionist on sat morning was very helpful and friendly. |
