Staff where amazing , my flight was delayed , yet they where there for me at 02.00 in the morning to let me in , rooms / beds very comfortable. Missed breakfast due to late arrival yet they offered me tea and toast even though I was an hour late getting up . very nice family run establishment, whenever I go to bournemouth again it will be my first choice

We liked everything about the hotel, the staff were very friendly but also very efficient without being 'in your face'. Nothing was too much, especially when it came to choosing food. It was also a bonus to be able to park off-road.n a totally excellent experience. Well done!

A good atmosphere, good staff, and food clean rooms , good local position for shops, beach and pubs and clubs A slightly tiered hotel in need of some tlc. Not too impressed the bar and front door was locked at 2300. and only having one key card for the main door and room was a bit of a problem

When I book a single room it's usually at the back of the hotel or overlooking a main road. Not in this case though: my room was a comfortable double room with a sea view!! What value. The staff were very friendly and helpful; and the location of the hotel within a few yards of the West Cliff was outstanding. The breakfasts were plentiful with lashings of tea and toast, but I didn't have an opportunity to sample the evening meal. Overall: an excellent stay.

The hotel has a lot of caricature. It is an old style hotel but is spotlessley clean. They have put little touches in place I.e we was given a family room and the childs room is separate to the adults even though it is in the same room. They have put a small toy box in the room and a tv. The staff are wonderfull they are at the moment replacing chairs mattresses and radiators. The owner has only owned it 8 years and already has spent a lot of money on the place. If you want a modern hotel this is not for you but if you want a one which is family owned then go for this one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The outside is a little untidy with a few of the outside walls falling down but you do not stay on the brick wall. No doubt they will get around to sorting this problem out after the inside is done.

The manners of every employee we met.The Tower House is not the most 'up-to- date' hotel in the world. It is a clean well run Hotel with all one requires for a friendly welcome stay. If you want a swimming pool,sauna,2400 channels on the TV,a water bed or dancing to the small hours, then go somewhere else. Everybody was treated with the utmost courtesy which included families with young children, not always the case in some establishments. Judging by conversation with other guests they were all return clients.Ourselves on our third visit. The rooms are clean and tidy.Main areas are roomy and well layed out.

All staff were very friendly and were very helpful at all times, also other guests were equally friendly, most of them being returning guests to this hotel. The hotel itself was warm and clean and had a pleasant 'old fashioned' feel which lent itself to the friendly atmosphere. Overall we felt comfortable and very welcome, we would come back to this hotel in the future. Not a complaint ! - but it would have been nice to have the opportunity for a nightcap at the bar after coming back to the hotel after a night out, say up until midnight. A personal observation - not a complaint

The hotel staff are the best I've ever met, they make you feel really welcome, and they are very helpful, too. I would love to come back! Coffee at breakfast could be better - just a little bit better... Everything else is perfect.

Really friendly staff. The room was great as the kids were in a separate part of the room so we could close their door when they went to bed. Nice breakfast. Dated decor.

The staff were pleasant and polite. It was close to the beach and views of the sea just about 5 mins away. Within easy walking distance to Bournemouth pier and town centre. Breakfat was good. Had a bar and lounge to relax in. Good parking spaces to front and rear of hotel.

The hotel has a great location - just minutes from the beach, and not far from the town centre. My single room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed in there. The staff were friendly.
