Good breakfast provided and was able to use swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which was nice. Spacious room with a very big bed! We were staying at the hotel as we were attending a wedding there - the food was good and we both enjoyed ourselves at the party.

We chose this hotel out of the blue just because it was near for my husbands business meeting. It was incrediblely good value for money. The rooms are the biggest we've stayed in and the food was the best we've eaten at dinner - comparing it with the Cunard!. No seriously we could recommend the hotel to anyone, and know that they wouldn't be disappointed.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at Towers Hotel & Spa. The staff were very friendly, helpful and quick when we checked in, it took us all of 2 minutes. They explained everything very clearly, so we knew what we was doing and where we were going. The facilities were excellent, we were extremely happy with them. Me and my partner are looking forward to staying again and we're even looking to take the children with us next time.

The room I was initially allocated had a very irritating buzzing noise - the mtce guy called in and said it was from the boiler housed in the next door room - reception moved me to an upgraded room without any problem - I had a very pleasnat stay and the use of the pool/steamroom was valuable after a heavy business day - food is excellent at breakfast and dinner

I didn't like anything about it. When I arrived at 1530hrs my room was not cleaned out and ready for occupation. The Sauna, Steam and Jacuzzi were not working the leisure centre was filthy at 0730hrs in the morning and there was no one on duty - a complete breach of Health and Safety regulations. The curatins in the room were full of dust and the window reveals were black with mildew and fungus. The breakfast was undercooked and the waitress was miserable. This hotel needs strong disciplined management. It seems like nobody cares. This hotel is tired and needs a change of management and some refurbishment.

I enjoyed the pool with jacuzzi. Didnt have time to spend in the steam room or sauna. Although it was evening when I visited, lack of people meant I had the pool to myself most of the time. 1) Cold in rooms until we asked for extra duvet. (This was mild Oct, t hink warmer outside). 2) Tesco fan heater had no pat testing, neither did the hairdryer that I noticed 3) Due to the fact that the breakfast/restaurant was meaning you had to travel outside to get to it - at least we were asked to (meetings in the b ar) then this was very inconvenient, meaning we had gone from cold to freezing, back into the warm for breakfast/dinner. Not ideal for guests.4) Although I can understand the pool being located across the tarmac in another building - late at night access via fire doors is dark and dismal, bit worrying for women especially. Some dim lighting but not enough to let you know that there is a step outside of the exit from the pool, can see someone falling down the kerb,.Although staff were pleasant and accommodating when required, incorrect informatiion given about breakfast times one morning - perhaps easier to have a notice in reception so that guests can see it at a glance if you are on the phone busy, rather than wait and be given the wrong times. (Booklet inside room has times but t his was on arrival). If not for the cold part and having to go outside for breakfast then it would have been more enjoyable., Although I would recommend would explain bad features for anyone wishing to go.

Being away from home on business ona regular basis, it is nice to stay somewhere that ticks all the boxes. Its close enough to the motorway so it is not a hassel in the mornings to get away. The rooms are very nice, food is excellent, the pool is perfect as it is not to over heated and the pricing of it all will keep the accountants happy.

The friendly, cheerful and very helpful staff from reception to housekeeping. The only thing that let the hotel down were the breakfast catering arrangements (self serve buffet). Whilst the quality of the raw ingredients was of a high standard, this was let down by the following points:- 1) cold and smeary plates, 2) fried eggs with congealed egg yolks, 3) solid unseasoned scrambled eggs, 4) underdone grilled tomatoes, 5) stale croisants (on one occassion). As the breakfast experience is an advert as to what a guest might expect from the restaurant service - it is likely to be affecting the guests' decision as to whether or not they will use the restaurant at Lunch or Dinner time. In our case we decided to eat elsewhere. I appreciate that there are staffing cost implications but I feel the hotel would serve its best interests by offering a cooked to order breakfast in order to ensure the catering standard measures up to the rest of the hotel services and facilities. We will stay again but hope the management considered the suggested improvements.

Value for money with good pool jacuzzi sauna etc and a straight forward restaurant on site. Esay access and parking. 1 Getting a litttle 'tired' now eg some worn carpet in public areas and peeling paint / fascias outside. 2 tv did not work and stafff took an hour to respond by which time it was too late
