The hotel was excellent value for money, was supprised to learn that it did not have a higher star rating certinally should

The hotel was very clean, quiet and peacefull it was the best nights sleep I'd had for a while.

We were thirsty at 11:05 and went to the bar that was still occupied for a bottle of water and were refused service due to being a few minuites late(4-5). No alternative was offered by staff

Large room, view from the window, shower was very efficient, flat screen television. the towels in the room were very large although, being a premier room, I would hve expected the towels to be softer

Had a meal (rib-eye steak) in the restuarant, requested 'medium' the steak was 50% grisle and medium rare i informed the waitress but she did not return. I would recommend this hotel, but not the resturant or the service in the restaurant

the booking wasn't on their system though they did manage to sort me out a room. Room a bit tired; continental breakfast choice was poor.

I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel & Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi! The hotel itself was also excellent, I stayed in a superior suite which was a night of luxury- well worth the money and all the staff at the hotel made my stay wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Towers Hotel and what a wonderful time myself and my partner had. The staff were excellent and were always willing to go that extra mile-very helpful! It was great to have sky TV in the room +all the sports channels available. Leisure faciltiies were fab- really clean and open till 10pm which was good for a late night swim.Restaurant excellent-great menu& service.

The spa was excellent. The room was large.

I eat in the bar area that night, the mushrooms were not great as a starter, only 3 on a plate. But the lamb rump and mash main was the best ever.

The settings and grounds of the hotel along with the layout of facilities. The leisure facilities were good.Food was particularly good.

Disappointed at the inconsistency of staff.Certain staff offered excellent service others did not.E.G.Reception on arrival, staff on duty for breakfast were poor. Wedding reception, evening bar staff and reception on departure were excellent.
