Very helpful staff. Excellent room witovely view of the tower. Plentiful breakfast, lots of variety. Yum! Hairdryer was broken, just unfortunate. Staff were quick to supply another.

bathroom floor was very dirty had hair still on floor from previous guests especially in corners also bottom of shower doors had an orange gunk around them...i cleaned before using the facilities...

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. The breakfast selection was most impressive.

We were a little put off by the doors and door frames; they were scratched which made it look tatty. A coat of varnish would make a big difference.

Lovely day in the spa and pool and the treatments were great. Very relaxing day. Evening meal was lovely.

I Found the bed was was hard which does not suit me.

The hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The leisure facilities were excellent. Rooms were good size and clean. The hotel was set in beautiful grounds. Breakfast was excellent, we did not have dinner at the restaurant so cannot comment on this.

You don't get the chance to request double room, it states double or twin, we ended up in a twin. No double room available. The twin beds were very small and we attempt to put them together, but the bedside light was attached to the beside table and was wired into the socket so was unable to move easily, had to shift around armchair, table just to put beds together, then swift them all back. Otherwise everything was excellent here.

We liked the pool (needs a clock there!).

Our room (29) had a very old television in it. Also the mattress was very lumpy.

Stayed here as it was close to Margam Country Park and the start point for the Dragon bike ride. We asked the hotel in advance if they could store a bike, which they did - when we collected the bike in the morning, they had put a flip chart stand over it with the legs going through the spokes of both wheels - this could have caused damage and prevented the bike from being usable. This particular bike is worth over £1K and a lot of bikes are worth more. All the receptionist did was roll her eyes when my partner said he wasn't very happy about this - not a good way of dealing with it at all.

When booking in receptionist couldnt find any booking in my name but she told me not to panic and found us a double room and gave us £10 off for the inconvience.all the staff were friendly and helpful and we would visit again.

The staff were really helpful and friendly the facilities were first class will definatley use the hotel again

Being a very active family the facilittys were on a whole exellent

Lack of clocks anywhere! Would especially have liked one in the pool area.

I liked everything about the towers hotel and spa, and I am looking forward to going there again.i have never known hotel staff to be so well trained and so commited to making our stay an enjoyable one. Even though there was a wedding, a 40th birthday and a hen party going on the night we stayed, in no way did this affect the service we had.we found the receptionists to be very helpful and friendly as were the waitresses and bar staff. The room we had was in the annex, yes, we could see the pylons and amazon, but we could also see rabbits and other wildlife on the waste ground. It was better than facing a brick wall or rubbish bins!!!! It was certainly one of the best hotel stays I have had in a number of years!rooms were very clean, the food was nice and not as pricey as a lot of other places, and again, I would like to mention the staff, they are a credit to the place!

There was nothing to dislike about the place.i will most definitley be going there again soon.

Close proximity to motorway and Swansea city centre. Warm attentive welcome . Excellent accomadation and leisure facilities Evening meal and breakfast were excellent quality. We would certainly stay again.

The leisure facilities are superb. The pool area is of a very high standard

On entering the hotel the carpet is threadbare, my bed was very hard. I do suffer with arthritis and need a softer bed. At breakfast, although the restaurant was very quiet I had to find someone to find out what the procedure is for breakfast. I stay in many hotels on business, some have self-sevice buffet, some cook to order. The waitress showed me to a table but did not explain the procedure. Altough some who read this may say this is not a cause for complaint, I think when staying in a 4* hotel and paying the price, there is a certain level of service that should be expected

The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the pool/spa area are wonderful.

The bathroom in the room looked abit tired.
