Tastefully done up apartments, clean and comfortable. Not far from the underground and has laundry facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff...had a problem with one window and it was remedied that day. Top marks. Nothing

Wonderful rooms, bathroom with beautiful tub, very friendly and helpful staff, and the best gourmet room service /breakfast you can imagine. Did I mention the swimming pool long enough to enjoy doing a few laps... Location is a little out but as the Bethnall Green tube is on the Central Line this doesn't matter as you are into Oxford St in 15 minutes. Actually being outside town means you smell the fresh air too...

The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortably, with a beautiful goose down quilt. It was near the tube and train stations and bus stops to central London. The apartment was very well equipped. Wish I had booked for longer. Would have liked to spend more time in Victoria Park. There is not much of a view, but as this is the East End of London, I did not expect one. The designer did try to camouflage this with a very nice metal screen. We could see out but when outside the hotel you could not see in.

For an extended stay (I was there 11 nights), it doesn't get much better than this (a 1-BR apartment). Close to The City, reasonable distance from the West End, etc. Far more spacious than the typical London hotel room, and when the property was renovated, whoever was responsible for designing and equipping the rooms did a terrific job with the cooking and bathing areas. Turn-down service with cookies, yum. Furniture in the sitting area not up to the rest of the unit, and the working desk was a bit awkward, but these are both very minor points.

Hotel was very special, lovely atmosphere, apartment was beautifully designed, exceptional. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Kitchen was great, liked expresso machine and 'real' milk in the fridge. Quirky, arty, my friends were very impressed. Staff were friendly and kind. I booked through your site but was quoted a cheaper price from the hotel afterwards. Not your fault I think, but hotel wouldn't match price. We had a meal at the Corner Room which was recommended, unfortunately I had one of the most awful meals, Im a foodie and not usually fussy, but I feel they were being a tad pretentious. I literally couldn't eat the slimy chewy meal. Although my friends enjoyed theirs, [they all had same but me]. We asked three receptionists at the hotel for some basic local directions, none of which could help, as they 'didn't live in the zone', which we thought a bit strange, but only a minor issue.

-BIG, SPACIOUS, quiet double room. -The original decor in the foyer and hallways on the 1st floor. -The fresh milk, bottled water and petit fours -The pool. no pillow menu-pillows were rock hard. Overpowering smell of chlorine in the pool,it could even be smelt on the 3rd floor. Both these were mentioned to reception on checkout.

Excellent service on check in. Staff very helpfull. Fabulous apartment with lovely little touches of a turn down service and a plate of macaroons! Spotlessly clean. Could not fault the Town Hall or the Service. Thank you for a fabulous stay. Just the location although access to the city was easy it was just the surrounding area of the venue. But that wouldnt put me off staying again as the iside more that made up for it.

Lots of space! A real luxury in a city where hotel rooms are usually cramped. We had the two bedroom apartment, and it was such a treat to be able to spread out and do our own thing in the evenings. The little kitchen was perfect. The expresso machine was easy and fun. They even stocked the fridge with some milk. The decor was a little spartan - but so cool it ached. I loved it. My wife loved it. My daughter loved it. Everyone who visited us there loved it. It was like being on the set of 'The Hour' ... but with room service. Seriously. I'm currently shopping for some of their lamps. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't clean enough to use - which was a terrible disappointment. A tide mark of grey-brown grease ringed the handrail, and drifts of sandy dirt could be seen on the bottom. Perhaps to compensate, the water was very heavily dosed with chlorine - enough that even a splash of it would sting my eyes, and using the pool irritated my mouth and lungs. After making several complaints I noticed that they had someone clean it for an entire morning. This, sadly, was the morning of my departure (so it was no good for me), but future guests may find the pool in better shape. The on-site restaurant was a bit 'precious' for me. High spec fittings, but cold and lacking any atmosphere or sense of fun. Fancy food, (and all nicely done I think), but the menu was limited (nothing for fussy kids I'm afraid) ... and I couldn't help feeling that the whole meal would have been nicer if we could have had a large bowl of chips with it!

Staff. The apartment would have been great if not for the living room furniture. Tiny sofa that allowed you to sit like you were in the waiting room of a dentist, definitely not to lounge and watch TV, the entire reason I wanted to have a living room.

The appartment was very good, the service was excellent. We hve booked again and come back. The appartment was for wheelchair holders. All was fine, but the toiletseat was too low and there was a bath a handicapped person cannot use, it should be a shower. Otherwise fine.
