Very warm welcome. Lovely big bed and fabulous breakfast. Close to restaurants but unfortunately picked the wrong one to eat in...Casa Romona on Cheltenham Road. Had to send my food back. :-( Noisy folk passing in the early hours of the morning presumably returning to the Holiday Inn just across the road.

A quaint hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Given the white room, which had no toilet within the room however this was only across the landing and access was exclusive to us.

Our hostess was extremely polite and gave us a very warm welcome. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the bed was luxurious and comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast, prepared and presented with obvious care. All in all, a wonderful weekend. Be prepared to climb a number of stairs.

The location was excellent and the welcome was really warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and included a huge bowl of fresh strawberries, grapes and raspberries. The fresh flowers in the room was a lovely touch too. The leaflets in the information pack needed to be updated, but truly this was a small thing and should not detract from a lovely stay.

The people that run the B&B were friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate and the cleanest that we've known, and we are counting top hotels too. The breakfast was delicious and service good. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Parking was a problem as they only had one space outside. Fortunately we had that.

Lovely place, easy to find and very close to the town centre. The owners, Clair and John, couldn't have done any more to make our stay enjoyable. Really nice breakfast too! Would definitely go back.

The rooms were beautiful, modern and fresh. The beds were extreemly comfy, so much so my friend decided she needed a new mattress at home! The owners could not do enough for us, they were lovely - very helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing. The location was ideal perfectly central for all that Harrogate has to offer. Free parking was a extra bonus. In the town of overpriced and sometimes pretentious hotels townhouse is a jewel. I will be planning on returning as it was just brilliant.

That proprietors were very friendly and respectful of personal space. Every effort was made to accommodate expressed needs. The breakfast options were excellent, and hot food was served promptly. I would particularly suggest the English breakfast... delicious! I would highly recommend a stay at Town house Bed and Breakfast.

The owner was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. The only slight disadvantage was that there was a private bathroom next to the bedroom rather than an en-suite. Would definitely recommend it.

Clare and John were most welcoming and nice. They made all the difference with respect to a hotel stay, and that's what you're looking for when you choose to be in a B&B after all. Besides, they were most forthcoming in our suggestion for a packed breakfast due to our early departure in the morning.

Very friendly welcome and atmosphere in general. The house and room were clean and well decorated and the location was spot-on for anything in central Harrogate (also smack-bang opposite the Conference Centre). Breakfast was great. I have previously been quoted £70 for a Travelodge with no breakfast, but a Hotel room offers 'sweet isolation', rather than feeling that you are in someone's house. I think that despite my positive comments, £95 was a little steep for a b+B.

A great place to stay if you are visiting the Conference centre as the B & B overlooks it. You will be greeted with a friendly welcome by the hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was excellent, a very good choice of fresh produce. If we visit Harrogate again , we will certainly book again.

Breakfast was nice. Too Many stairs and they were very steep. Took payment on arrival. Openly on the market and I got the impression that they had lost interest. No en-suit Toilet.

Quaint and comfortable. Very much a family run B&B, nice people, home from home feeling. Non en-suite bathroom, property was for sale when I stayed and I got the distinct impression that the business was not really trading.

Excellent position for my needs on this occasion but would certainly try to book for a private visit as well. Loved the decor, beds extremely comfortable and very good breakfast. Owner very helpful, and would recommend the Townhouse B&B to anyone.
