Room very small and decor leaves a lot to be desired. Staff ok but could be more attentive.
Location is ideal for SECC / Hydro and for Kelvingrove Museum. Breakfast sufficient enough.
Our bed was broken and actually sat at an awful angle. The shower curtain was horrendous i couldn't use the shower as the curtain was dirty from top to bottom
The location was brilliant, only 5minutes to Glasgow city centre by walking. Really friendly staff
How unhygienic the place was, had sick all down our bathroom wall, dirty socks in the drawers and blood on toilet floor.
The staff The location The bed The shower
Very good location at the near the western end of Sauchiehall Street. Good location for Glasgow city centre. Definitely more a B&B than a hotel. Good value for money
a few things in the room could have been updated, i.e broken light fixtures however purely cosmetic small wait for breakfast, other were served before me that came in after.
friendly staff and very helpful quite close to city centre lovely food
bath room although clean was in need of a refirbishment
large room, good location
The bathroom needs updatin; general feeling of neglect for what seems like a lovely property.
The location was great, near Rennie Mackintosh sites, restaurants. The price was excellent. Good porridge for breakfast and friendly breakfast staff.
the room, the price
Shower wasn't working and 1 Euro adapter can be in the hotel!
The location and breakfast.24 hr reception.
Room was unclean to the point of being unhygienic. Chose not to eat my breakfast - it was not recognisable as food. Staff were on the whole absent. Not sure how this place can continue to be in business.
I've tried, but I cannot think of anything to like about this 'hotel'
The bathrooms were very old, and shower didn't work. The windows were only single pane and the traffic ran all night long. I should have spent a little more and stayed in a nicer place.
It was a reasonable price and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was also quite hardy.
Bedroom and bathroom fittings need upgrading. No bacon on the breakfast menu, with 'turkey rashers' served instead.
Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Large, good quality, towels. Except for absence of bacon on the menu, good breakfasts.
no towels when i got in my room, no remote control for the digibox which had been left on audio description. The bathroom was not clean, there was toothpaste on the shower curtain for the duration of my stay. They kept running out of breakfast items.
the location was good and the staff were all very friendly
