Clean and comfortable hotel- Fantastic friendly staff- Superb Loaction- Amenities of the hotel are great, really nice staff from the moment you walk in the hotel. Would really reccommend! |

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room and bed linen were imaculate. A very good family hotel The sound proofing in the room was poor and the hotel could be noisy at times but this is an observation and did not detract from our stay |

the location meant we coild walk everywhere and the breakfast was excellent as was the service from dining room staff Our room was postioned at the back of the house and we got woken up by noise from the bar at night and the staff in the morning. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile. found it quite difficult to get pushchair up to my room as there is only one small staircase to the bedrooms and that is fitted with a chair lift so moving baby up and downstairs was difficult |

The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to please. The room was really clean and tidy the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The bed was even comfier than our own at home. The location is quite good, a bit far away from the main attractions such as piers and tower although right on the tram line so just a short ride away. It is close to the pleasure beach but far enough away so you dont hear any noise. Overall this hotel was fab and would be one we will return to. |

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, the staff are absolutely wonderful, it is more like being at home than in a hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.this made our stay absolutley perfect. They have a customer for life now. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There is absolutley nothing I can fault this hotel for. Thank you for a wonderful,enjoyable stay |

The staff were very friendly and willing to help and in general the hotel was very well organised and efficient. I requested a travel cot and high chair prior to check in, and I please to discover they were all available on arrival. The family room was a good size and comfortably allowed for a double bed, bunk beds and travel cot. Very clean and well maintained. The showers were not the best, but having a bath made up for this. |
