The staff were very very friendly, the games room were great we spent all night playing pool for a quid, the room we stayed in were extremely cozy and comfortable, tv worked perfectly internet service were great!, towels, toilet roll, clean cups, nescafe coffee, PGtips tea, sugar. |

it is a great hotel the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was really nice for one night it was great the kids slept in metal bunkbeds that squeaked all night! |

Only issue we had was the bed had springs coming through and pillows quality was very poor, however the staff and service was good.Would go back. Check out a bit early when you have kids. |

Staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is also very family friendly You have to make sure you turn the radiator off at night as it gets very, very hot |
