The staff were unhelpful and the one late porter very rude!No one even emptied a bin in my room in 3 days, let alone fresh towels. The place is not clean, you can hardly see out of the Windows they are that dirty. Beds very incomfortable. Use this place a real last Option!
Good beds, location, nice staff
Paperthin walls, small breakfast area, in the shower scarcily with water
Reasonable price for two nights staff very helpful and polite and advised what to visit in London
Room seemed damp and the single bed was uncomfortable so my friend shared double bed with me! Needed an extra mirror in the room! I would not stay in this area again
Courtesy of the staff
If you are desperate to save money then you can stay there otherwise i will not recommend
Room was very noisey and wash room was rubbish
The hospitality of most of the staff. The location of the hotel. The cleanliness
Nothing. .everything we like
Staff very pleasant. Young lady loaned me her Oyster which I topped up as a thank you.
Room too hot and noisy.
The place i was moved to was in a quite location
Booked to stay at the hotel and happy with basics but booked it for the parking and when I arrived I was told that I could not park as there was not space, So instead i was told to go to another "hotel" that they had this turned out to be a bedsit - ok this was ok but shared bathroom etc for the same price different location, further away than where I wanted to be for the same price infact they actually charged me more than my Booking.com confirmation, Will be looking for some recompense. Would have been fine except for booking early and being advised that parking is fine
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good position to the olympic park. I stayed 1 night for the Prudential ride London Surrey 100 and will use this Hotel again. Good for the price.
The location and parking for an event starting not far away.
Being asked to pay on arrival before being shown the room. Being charged an extra £1 for paying with a debit card. The cramped en-suite which had the sink next to the toilet so your legs banged against it if you used it. The shower was a trickle at best. The bed springs creaked and it felt like a trampoline on my single bed.
It was unclean and smelt unpleasant. Unsafe - exposed wires and plug sockets hanging out the wall. It was really noisy - I had 3 hours sleep in the end due to traffic and poor windows. The ensuite was a pod style one, this would have not been a problem but the plastic floor was cracked, the flush did not work, the shower did not work very poor pressure (I resorted to having a wash at the sink). Really dirty shower - other peoples soap scum and hair in the shower. Shower curtain so dirty it was stuck together. The worst £60 I have ever spent and really wish I'd paid a bit more and stayed at the ibis up the road. The only good thing is that there is a Nando's up the road. Do not stay here it is really really terrible.
Professional and quiet staff makes this place perfect .... Free car park and budget place near Excel london .... Comfortable mattress ....
The place is clean. The staffs are friendly
It does not provide any shampoos, towels. There is NO free wifi in the hotel. You have to pay for it. The location is very far from city centre. Good thing is that there are frequent bus services that connect the underground station and the hotel. It took us some time to get the correct bus to reach the hotel. I would recommend to pay more for a more city centre location to save time.
Great bus connection to Stratford, cheap pubs around, possibility of quiet rooms, lot of tea, everyday cleaning (except Saturday), nearby supermarket opened till late, summer seatings in front of the hotel, possibility to use microvawe oven in staff kitchen, great stay in London with limited budget.
We had to buy zone 3 for transport, noisy at night from street, terrible water pressure in bathroom, bathroom too small, at the beginning hotel seems like a maze and it's hard to find your room. Also no lift if you have havy bagguage.
especially good treatment of one of the clerks of the night, plus the building had charm
Nothing was fascinating about travel inn
Everything was wrong the room too small, no wardrobe, no bed side lamp or table, could not do a bit of reading, the room was very hot, no good ventilation bathroom very small can hardly fit an adult.
The stuff was friendly and very helpful and the room was very very clean. They tried to do everything to make us enjoy our stay.
the internet connection was seldom working the place of the hotel is in a poor neighborhood and a scary one as well. didn't feel safe at all.
Reception staff were very nice and helpful.
Mouse traps between the beds
A handy bus stop at hand with a bus that goes straight to the centre. Friendly staff, too.
Very noisy road, and no air conditioning, window had to be open. The shower was small and there was no hot water. Also no hot water in the taps on wash basins.
Easy to find
Small cramped basic room
Room for two which we were given was on the top floor, it was a nightmare to find our way to get to our room,no clean, sheets no covers on pillows, beds there were hairs all over the bed sheets. briken window, in a bathroom , no toiletries, and back at reception , the receptionest had her feet on coffee table and getting her nails done, while the guests are waiting to be served. I found this discusting...;will never every stay in this hotel again and cannot recomend to anyone.
I got bitten by bed bugs on the second night, both nights all we could here were next door due to paper thin creaky walls, creaky floor boards, only 1small room for breakfast charged at £4 per person for cereal, no cooked breakfasts available, horrible decoration, we didn't have a wardrobe, plastic cups for tea an coffee. Definitely wouldn't recommend
