Good location. Near a good restaurant, very close to the city center. It looks good, new, tidy, clean, modern. Good breakfast. Very unfriendly reception. I asked for a room with 2 beds. After paying I saw that the room had a double bed. I went down to reception and had to argue a lot to have the room I ordered in the booking. Reception floor is very noicy. The bar is in the same space as reception and was difficult to comunicate with recepcionist. In the specifications that appear in the booking webpage they say free Wi-fy, but only for 30 minutes!! Than you have to pay!! Very noicy in the night. Drunk people in the corridors running and shouting. Could not be more dissapointed.

Impressive location in beautifully renovated waterfront industrial site with lovely rooms overlooking marinas. In the early morning there was a glass light reflection of boats and the Liver building in background. Immediate access to Mersey if you would like an early moring run or walk. Convenient for local bars and restaurants. Adjacent to museum and Beatles centre. I mistakingly checked into the Premier Inn in town and the reservation was changed without difficulty or cost. Car parking at both sites is very convenient. Service was very good indeed. All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful from initial check-in at reception, in the bar and restaurant in the evening and at breakfast. Food quality was reasonable, breakfast excellent and reasonably priced. Rooms were spotless, beds are very comfortable and facilities all worked. Most enjoyable. Room security key malfunctioned on repeated occasions requring reswiping at reception. Lift call on 1st floor stops lift going down when you want to go up. Soap dispensers in the rooms were fiddly and choice of detergent could be improved.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, it had all of your basic needs with a few extras such as a tv, and my favorite part - it had a bath. Its location. It was good for if you were going for a night out, but I didn't know how to get to the shopping centre.

The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and well presented, the staff were very polite and were happy to help. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I didnt like was the lack of hotel parking facilities, although the NCP has a car park across the road it is very expensive

I liked the room, was a good bed nice shower and amenities. I loved the fact that you didnt have to check out till before 12 this was my favourtie thing about the premier inn and I think all hotels shold be like this. No one likes to check out for 11 as ou need to be up for 10am abd most of us may have been out the night before and like a wee ly in when your away on a holiday break.

I find the Premier Inn very accommodating. Would not stay anywhere else in Liverpool. I find the staff very polite and helpful the food is delicious. It is very convenient for city centre etc. I have been going to Liverpool for over 10 years now and have never stayed anywhere else. 10 out of 10 for me.

The hotel was very close to all the attractions including Matthew Street, Liverpool 1 shopping centre and bars and restaurants. The River Mersey and Albert Dock were a pleasant stroll away. An excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable bed and everthing you need for a weekend break. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot give a review of the food/drinks. Would definitely return.

We have stayed before& it is very convenient for all the things I've ticked above. You have the Cheshire countryside as well as close proximity to one of the finest zoos in England,at Chester, which is also a very historic Roman city.Liverpool itself,is world renowned as the home of the 'BEATLES' and many musical stars.Plus,It has a Safari park at Knowsley,a suburb of Liverpool. There are the most wonderful old buildings right in the heart of the city, where it is only a few minutes walk from this particular Premier Inn is.The following are just a few,ST.GEORGES HALL,a beautiful building,it has been fully restored & has a wonderful organ, newly restored, alsoan art gallery, new museum of Liverpool,The Waterfront, where all the Ocean Going Liners, like the old Queen Mary etc;sailed from.Open topped buses to take you sightseeing. Absolutely,It is a must
