The location was good. It was only a walk away from the city center - 5 minutes. The bar was nice and relaxing. The quality of the hotel was extremely poor. Having stayed in many hotels both in England and Ireland, this was by far the most disappointing. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we encountered nothing but problems. These included having no cold water, poor air conditioning, unfriendly unhelpful staff to poor quality food ( breakfast which we got as compensation for the problems we experienced - not recommended).

Location Car parking - no on site parking. NCP car park opposite and discounted by Premier Inns but still very expensive car parking for two nights considering other city centre/Liverpool 1 hotels have car parking which is free

The staff are lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived, it wasn't just the staff at the reception area it was every staff member we had dealings with. I know as 3 females travelling together we especially liked the security aspects of the hotel, the fact that we were placed on the higher levels of the hotel, the way in which in order to gain access to either the stairs or the lifts you needed the key to your door to access them. Also the fact that there was security at the door at night-time. The rooms were extremely comfortable, very clean and the location of the hotel was excellent and central.

Very kind reception team and very helpful. Good breakfast and good location, very near to all entities. The only thing wrong is that the rooms are not cleaned well. Only the bathrooms were cleaned, but everything in the room remained untidy.

I liked the room, was a good bed nice shower and amenities. I loved the fact that you didnt have to check out till before 12 this was my favourtie thing about the premier inn and I think all hotels shold be like this. No one likes to check out for 11 as ou need to be up for 10am abd most of us may have been out the night before and like a wee ly in when your away on a holiday break.

I find the Premier Inn very accommodating. Would not stay anywhere else in Liverpool. I find the staff very polite and helpful the food is delicious. It is very convenient for city centre etc. I have been going to Liverpool for over 10 years now and have never stayed anywhere else. 10 out of 10 for me.

The hotel was very close to all the attractions including Matthew Street, Liverpool 1 shopping centre and bars and restaurants. The River Mersey and Albert Dock were a pleasant stroll away. An excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable bed and everthing you need for a weekend break. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot give a review of the food/drinks. Would definitely return.

We have stayed before& it is very convenient for all the things I've ticked above. You have the Cheshire countryside as well as close proximity to one of the finest zoos in England,at Chester, which is also a very historic Roman city.Liverpool itself,is world renowned as the home of the 'BEATLES' and many musical stars.Plus,It has a Safari park at Knowsley,a suburb of Liverpool. There are the most wonderful old buildings right in the heart of the city, where it is only a few minutes walk from this particular Premier Inn is.The following are just a few,ST.GEORGES HALL,a beautiful building,it has been fully restored & has a wonderful organ, newly restored, alsoan art gallery, new museum of Liverpool,The Waterfront, where all the Ocean Going Liners, like the old Queen Mary etc;sailed from.Open topped buses to take you sightseeing. Absolutely,It is a must

Staff were very friendly & helpful & allocated a "quiet room" as requested. Hotel bar had a good atmosphere & was a nice change from other "city" bars Car parking at local ncp car park is expensive & adds £20 on to what was a reasonable hotel price.
