The receptionist was new but was great just the sort of person you want to see polite smiley just lovely very happy with the service she provided
Friendly and very helpful staff Large clean rooms
Being woken at 3 am by people fighting outside our room on the corridor. It was pretty scary. Maybe there were too many party goers in this hotel for us.
It was central
When we encountered an issue the booking your manager on duty " Lucy" was far from helpful , we discovered after booking a room for 3 adults on booking . Com the hotel policy was that only 2 people could share a room as a party of 12 we found this most distressing and and to sort out the issue ourselves by putting the "3rd " person into another room where there was only 1 person in it . Not impressed at all . I have stayed in hotels all over the world and its the 1st time that management have left me solve the problem . Would not be recommending this hotel on that basis
That you have to pay for wifi
Beds are DACENT
Staff very helpful and friendly. Location great . Definitely would stay again.
Their was a noise in the room similar to air condition being on. ?what it was. Interupted our sleep on the Sunday night. As we were late to bed on the Sat night following a very busy day we were tired heard it iniatally. We only mentioned it at chect out. A bit too late to get an answer, our own fault.
Beds were comfortable and the rooms had all the mod cons, loved the flat screen tv and the wifi. Food was reasonable and of good quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly
We had a 2 year old with us and when we ordered our meal, we were waiting 45 minutes which didn't go down too well with a hungry and tired toddler. The restaurant was not busy at the time. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, had to ask for a plate, then was waiting about 10 minutes for clean glasses and cups.
Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and good location and an excellent breakfast great value for money the second time I've stayed here and would definitely stay here again.
Having to call at reception for a hair dryer.
Excellent hotel and facilities. Very nice staff. Very good breakfast
Dinner at the restaurant not great. Fries were cold and fish not very flavoursome. But staff very good and heated fries up for me on request.
Staff were friendly and helpful especially as my son was sick one of the nights
Not good having to pay for wifi as I think it should be included when paying for your room
The food was very good and good value
Wifi Wasn't great.
The staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite. The room was in perfect condition and the beds are seriously comfortable. I would definitely use Premier Inn again!
Staff, bed, breakfast
The staff were excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy and the location was very good.
It was near a car park that had special rates for its guests.
The fact that you had to pay for wifi. In this day and age there shouldn't be a need to pay for it.
Staff were great, especially Natasha on reception. Made us feel very welcome. Location was excellent to everywhere. My place to stay when I next visit. 100%
All very good indeed.
The beds were extremely comfortable and provided a peaceful nights sleep. The room was perfect for a short city break, TV, coffee/tea making facilities and lovely bathroom. The use of the car park opposite with the reduction cost for guests was good value for such a city centre location. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and most importantly seemed to have an upbeat attitude.
having to pay for WIFI as a guest was poor. having paid logging in to the WIFI was awkward and cumbersome. once in it worked fine.
Revamped rooms great, staff very helpful
Consistency you know what you are going to get like the location abd easy access to all attractions
A few more pots of milk in the room would be good as plenty of tea and coffee but not enough milk!!
Rooms were immaculate just refurbished so clean beds so comfy amazing location just around the corner from shops and moor fields station! Paid for breakfast so worth it it was all you can eat amazing!
Noise from upper rooms at night Breakfast expensive ,left out to dry up and only warm plates too hot to hold.
had the worst night sleep as noise from traffic and other hotel users and I used the machine in toilets and that robed me of 4 pound the night staff could not refund me it was embarrassing
Easily accessed from city centre. Short walk to most places of interest. Staff friendly and helpful.
