no facilitys what soever in room ie tea coffee etc no wash basin

we should have stayed at this hotel but were told it was full and we had to stay in their sister hotel.the owner told us it was 800 metres away but in reality it was a £4 taxi ride which we had to pay. the sign outside their so called sister hotel stated it was luxury ensuite, not so.

The room was dirty and dark. There were no facilities for making a hot drink.there was no bedside light and only one, low-wattage overhead light. I felt unsafe at the hotel.

The location was great for getting into the city centre on a night. The room was a decent size, appeared recently redecorated and the sheets were clean.

The room needed attention to detail with cleaning, crumbs and dirt in the bedside table. No light bulb in the bedside lamp. No toilet roll in the communal toilets. On arrival i wasnt made to feel particularly welcome, they didnt know what price i had booked to pay and repeatedly said my surname wrong. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom would have been good.

Grotty place, stank of cigarette smoke in the room, booked 2 singles, but staff couldnt find keys to 2 single rooms so ended up in 1 twin room. no making up of the beds occured, no change of towels, i described it to friends as a doss house, it felt dirty everywhere. i wish id stayed in the youth hostel, it would have been cheaper and definately cleaner

sheet was not cleans, carpet was dirty, no hot water in the bathroom, shower room has not bath mat so floor was wet.

quiet location

bathroom on another floor. breakfast wasn't served on a sunday until 9pm.....i was told it was from 7 30 so had to leave for work without breakfast

It is not ensuite (no bathroom inside your bedroom!!!). It's a nasty nasty place! Dirty, rough, in a very rundown area. The pictures one can see on the website are pictures of one bedroom they mocked up for booking.com website pictures!!! All other bedrooms are horrible little rooms, cramped, stinky (damp and fungus, I think). Furniture is worn down! Only desperate people would like to stay there

Our room was really nice, nice furnishings etc. Would have been better with an en-suite but hey you soon get over that. We stayed for one night, most of the time we were out. Of you are looking for somewhere to crash for the night this is sound. About 10 mins on bus to centre of ten pounds if you use the hotels car service which i thought was a bit steep.

Shared bathrooms, although there is one on every floor. But some of the facilities didnt work.
