Absolutely nothing. The Apartment was filthy and I am still in shock that it was considered ready for a guest.I informed your company that evening and left the following morning. To detail the issues they were floor filthy, microwave covered in old food, bedding had hairs on it, bed was broken, carpets were covered in much as were the rugs, bathroom floor was filthy, bath was filthy, toilet had stains on the seat, walls were badly marked, sockets were coming of the walls. Never in my life have I experienced such disgusting living conditions

Location was good and the apartment was also nicely furnished. The place was not very clean. The arrangements to get the key were cumbersome and the staff on the phone not very helpful.

Large spacious apartment close to city centre, clean tidy and very large We were unaware that we then would be met by the owners, pay through the owners an deal directly with them once we received confirmation. Very confusing that we gave our card details to Booking.com yet then had to pass them on again to the owners, then again pay by card/cash when we got to the apartment.

The whole building was clean, fresh and very modern. The apartment block feels very safe and secure, as does the basement car park. The apartment was very bright, clean and had everything you would need during your stay. The apartment was also alot bigger than expected. The only negative things I could say are, the carpets, furniture and walls where marked and had not been properly looked after. This could of been done by previous guests. If you are not familiar with Manchester then you may find it difficult to find the correct building and door to enter. This was easily sorted out with a quick phone call.

Rooms were spacious and location was quiet. Shower was good, and overall cleanliness of apartment was good. Good to be walking distance to city centre and friends we were visiting. Leftbank area was strangely deserted at the weekend despite shops, bars and restaurants. Leads me to think it is a business centre so not much atmosphere on weekends. Apartment was not very comfortable. Bed was too low, pillows too hard, bedroom was cold. Duet was too thin. No extra blanket provided. Living room sofa and chair were uncomfy and had tired upholstery and pillows. Would expect better quality furnishings for the price. Kitchen equipment was all dirty and everything we needed to use had to be rewashed. Bathroom had milder - not good for a newish apartment.

Excellent location in Manchester for shopping and the sights. Very well appointed apartment. Getting access required numerous phone calls, and queuing at a bar at its busiest time. However the instructions were very clear and the process was not too onerous.

“The size of the room was great and I was able to have breakfast in bed for only a few pounds more.which was huge and very very nice. Had two double beds to choose from and a view overlooking the river.lots of bars and restaurants close by with a supermarket and cash machine across the road.perfect for town centre shopping.” Tara, Blackpool |
