My stay was brief as I used the hotel the night before an early international flight, the staff where helpful Rooms are very basic, a clock in the room would have been appreciated as I had a flight to catch and had to relie on my cel alarm to wake me. Also when I entered the room the window was open and the heat off which meant it was freezing and took a long time to heat up |

The staff on reception The room was a mess, alot of broken items( light shades, work surface and the sofa bed was ripped), however, the worse thing was the woman who served breakfast, extremely rude, were asked to come back in 30 mins, did so and got asked to do so again, even though more people were being served from first visit, then our breakfast was thrown down in an aggressive manner, there were no glasses or cups to have a drinkwith and everyone was too scared to ask because of this woman |

it was handy for the event we were attending we were in a room at the start of the corridor next to the fire door which banged constanly when people went through it, i did not get very much sleep as it was right outside our door, i complained to the receptionist and said it should be discounted as there is no way anyone could sleep in that room, or the room should be used for storage certainly not for paying guests. she said she would pass it on . i feel we should have been offered some sort of refund or discount |

The price was good for multiple people, since the room had a flat rate no matter how many people were there. The only place you could easily access from the hotel was the airport. |

It was very noisy all night with constant door slamming. Maybe people coming and going at all hours or maybe just inconsiderate people or maybe some other reason for constant short term use of rooms. Cannot be bothered to complain officially as I will not be using this facility again. |

We did not arrive until late in the evening only to be told that we could not park there and had to travel to a car park quite a bit away. We had to fill out a form and got directions, it was easy enough to find and it turned out okay although I was devastated when first told as I was really tired from driving. The beds are really uncomfortable. |

The staff were helpful and obliging. An adequate hotel for the price. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, but the others beds were fine. |

location was good for early morning flight out of Glasgow Maintenance at the hotel is severely lacking. A number of this don't work properly. The shower is incredibly moldy. Wake up amenity is limited to pounding on the door at the appointed hour by the desk staff. This seems so primitive. It appears that the management takes no pride in this facility. |

The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel had mostly what we expected for our short overnight stay. On arrival we were noitfied that there was a courtesy bus to the hotel from the airport, however we were not told about the £2 charge per person. We were informed of this when we paid for the room, and at this point was also told it would have only cost us £1 each for a short taxi journey. This was disappointing as we had to wait 45 minutes for the bus to arrive and did hinder some of our plans. This is something to be aware of when you request for the "courtesy bus" to collect you. |

My bed was very comfortable. I also liked that we could have breakfast and dinner at the hotel for an inexpensive price. The waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. The couch was kind of ratty, not very comfortable. There was not any place we could really walk to, although the airport was close and we could take a shuttle there, although it was expensive to take. The reception staff was not real friendly or helpful. |

The hotel room was clean and generous in size. It was out of the city center but close to the Glasgow airport and you could get a shuttle. They would not let you check in early unless you were going to pay 10 pounds. The lady told us that we would have to wait or pay to check in. In the end we showed her our booking receipt and it shwoed the check in to be an hour early then what she had said and she did let us check in without paying the extra charge. It is a generic hotel room. |
