Lage des Hotels es war sehr warm im Hotelzimmer, obwohl die Heizung aus war; nach Öffnen des Fensters war sehr lautes Lüftungsgeräusch zu hören |

Location good but nothing else The hotel smelt and had a lot of dogs staying there 1 of the elevators was not usable as it smelt to bad.phones in the rooms didn't work and staff would not supply alarm call due too worries about being blamed for missed flights. |

it was easy to come and go from the hotel and accessible from the city centre easily i dont recieve a travel cot on my first night stay which i had ordered before hand. which then meant me my partner and baby had to sleep in the same bed |

Clean sheets and towels which were small but fluffy. Bed was comfy and extra pillows was a bonus Definitely a budget hotel but not really reflected in the price - thought the room rate was a little steep for the shabbiness overall. However, sheets were clean which rates very high. Tried to check in at 2:00 am. so I didn't have to lug my bags all over Belfast to the office etc. but was refused check-in an hour beforehand which I thought was rather off-hand as a woman travelling on my own |

Comfortable room in the centre of town. I noticed after checkout that the discount for 3 nights advertised on booking.com was not passed on to me! Becareful that they charge you correctly. Also the staff were a bit abrupt and not very switched on. This is probably why I didn't get the discount per my booking! |
